A very enjoyable week spent here in very nice sea view rooms with balcony. A lovely hotel with a nice pool close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Denitsa who was extremely helpful and professional during our stay and through the booking process. We definitely hope to stay at Aurelia Beack Complex again.

Brilliant location very close to bars and restaurants. . We had a sea view double room the view was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The Hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the check-in and check-out was smooth and took no more than 5 minutes combined. We stayed for one night and you couldn't really ask for much more from the stay. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at home. Thank you! We will definitely come again!

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

Last week i found what i've been lookin for at the Bijou Hotel in Ravda. It's a nice not to big hotel directly located at the Black Sea and on walking distance from Ravda centre. I had full service for the whole week and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The bar/pool on top of the hotel gives a nice view over the sea and coast. Thanks to the staff and i will be back.

Excellent service in the dining room and at the reception. Amazing bulgarian cuisine, traditional even seaside.Great fish, octopuses, mussels, excellent wine and beer, which the staff can treat well. I can only recommend the services and staff of this hotel.

Clean, quiet nice hotel, suitable for families with small children. I recommend! The beach is not far, but the path is quite steep and the beach is gorgeous, white sand clear sea!

Melia is a good complex territory, although small, but everything is of high quality. Close to the sea. It is a pity that they closed their restaurant - it was tasty and cozy there .... but in general Ravda is a very good and pleasant place in Bulgaria. This is the second year I've stayed. The apartments are nice and clean. This year mine was in the second building and had some small issues. The TV did not work at all and while there was Wi-Fi available it had no actual Internet access. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes as is the walk to nearby shops and restaurants. All in all a good experience and I'll look to stay again next time.

Very pleased with the hotel. We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool.

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English. The view from the room: exceptional. Cleanliness: very good. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good. Price: exceptional. I recommend.

Only thing good is the price. Parking is small. Staff is meh. Breakfast is decent. Views are kinda nice.

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Well I'm here now as a British solo traveller and I've travelled a lot around Europe and I am more than happy with this hotel. Yes they have a lot of rules but dont seem to enforce them, no one worrying you around the pool and often open until 7pm. Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Super friendly and approachable owners. We stayed mid September, after season and if you're looking for quiet holiday by the sea at decent price - we highly recommend Elizabeth Dy.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

Everything was wonderful, only if you diversify the breakfast, everything will be on a level.

The hotel is decent, it is clean, but despite the late season, the workers made noise with the machines and plaster was falling from the ceiling of the artament. The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view.

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.

Nice hotel pleasant staff. Food very very dissapointing. No bar only pool bar but closes at 5.30 sometimes otherwise 6.30. Not allowed to take own drinks in or food or you get a fine. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. I stayed at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May with my girlfriend, and everything was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – close to the beach and restaurants.
