The complex is great. Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service. 800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee.

Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. HONEST REVIEW! NOT A 5 STAR! I have just got back from the Sol Nessebar Palace and am honestly so glad to be home. First of all the pools. They are far too deep, I am 5,7 and can just about touch the floor the water comes up to my neck so not ideal for little ones. Wow - where to start? Put simply - if you want a top quality hotel with great food/drinks and amazing staff then this is the place for you. Absolutely nothing to fault - it's that good. The beach is close, it’s far from the central part of Sunny Beach but there are still a lot of things in the area, it’s very close to Nessebar. Very nice hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, tha staff is welcoming and friendly. Downside is that kitchen is not very well equiped. Also parking lots can be a problem.

I overall like the stay, it's pet friendly and relatively close to the beach. My room happens to have internet, and it's serving me just fine. The only negative side is that there's a lack of kitchen utensils - no pan, no knife, no pots.

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

The hotel is gigantic in terms of buildings and outside area. A total of 6 massive buildings makes the hotel seem like a giant. But this also makes the area feel spacious and not crowded at all. The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach. As a single mum travelling with 2 children I found this hotel exceptionally good. We are staying for 3 weeks and have so far done 2. Lovely spot, right on the beach. Once you get there you probably hardly will prefer other spot. Many restaurants in and the landscape is just pure masterpiece. I do recommend.
