Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service

800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee

The pool was very cool and nice breakfast. And very friendly staff and nice beds. Slide at pool. Fun time. I would go back there because it’s a realy dun place to go have fun and jump into a pool.

The first time I have been to marina cape was at 2009 and I love it ... One of the best hotels in the area, with clean spacious rooms, good service and perfect sea view!

I like this place with private marina.Now the beach is incredible by the Marina cape apartments. 2 swimming pools are very nice in the complex and also gym and private sauna wellness area.

First time visiting this complex. Amazing place. Great pools, bars and restaurants. Everything you might need is available on-site. Next year we will be back for sure!

Beach is perfect, there's a pool and spa center. Also, kids can be very happy here with the pool and animation team. There are restaurants with very tasty food and little shops if you need something

First line located gated holiday complex with 2 Pool areas, Restaurants, Supermarket, Gym and Wellness. Very friendly service and a good place for a relaxed family vacation.

Great place! I stayed there last year and I couldn't recommend it more! The view from our room was amazing and there are restaurants all around the place! The beach is also really near and nice! There are swans on one of the beaches so I'd say go and check that out

Beautiful, peaceful place, suitable for families with little children. Hotel is located in the calm part of the Ravda. Rooms are clean and in my case not dameged, but of course they are not new

The staff is super friendly and with good service! They allowed our cats to sleep with us. The parking is under the ground so the cars are not outside during the hot days

The rooms with sea view are awesome and I’d recommend getting one even being more expensive than the standard room. Also, there is a very convenient parking at the site

Hotel room service was in my point of view OK. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were OK (size) but it cannot be compared with much larger hotels with all inclusive

The pool was well maintained and definitely a good option if you don’t want to go to the beach. It’s in the hotel’s yard just above an alley and the cliffs

Lunch is served, the options were limited but everything we tried was delicious. There is a small free beach right next to the hotel

We were absolutely satisfied with everything, accommodation was like on the pictures on booking, breakfast and dinner was good bulgarian food and we were happy to try it. Every day were rooms cleaned and towels changed

Near the sea, near the town and restaurations. Pleasant family hotel with sympathetic owner and their family. Wery good white wine and rakija :-) Kitchen equipment contained only 4 glasses, 4 cups and a kettle

The apartment had everything one might need for a holiday. Sufficient dining spots around. Access to the see is very near. Balcony on the top floor has an amazing view

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Our family has visited Bulgaria to vacate there in the past years as well, and this was the best hotel residence we've had an opportunity to be accomodated in so far

And I'm not even talking about the attention to detail which went to the desing of the whole complex; wherever one looks, they can see statues, a great variability of plants, or architectural perks which overally create a very comfortable enviroment for relaxation and regeneration

Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc

Concerning accessibility of places; sea is located basically down the street, and on that street there is a small supermarket, hot dog stall, children attraction park, and also a few retail shops with clothes and other things

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

Being here only for 5 nights we had an amazing experience and were greeted with an immediate warm welcome by the owner. It is near the old town of Nessebar and is very close to the aquapark of nessebar; perfect location

This is honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in Bulgaria. The whole place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, the service is very professional and the rooms are very comfortable and clean to stay in

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin)

Staying at Nessebar Palace Hotel has been a relaxing and wonderful experience. Myself and life long friend, arrived early hours of the morning and was greeted warmly by night staff

My friend who is particular regarding her food, found enough choice to suit her palate and praised the Vegetable Stew, the wide variety of fruit and the Blueberry Cake as her main favourite items

The trip was very enjoyable, traveling across the bay and was one of the highlights of our week. 🌊🛥️ Our week away here was a wonderful, relaxing time and we would recommend to family and friends

We used the shop at various times and found the shop keeper, pleasant and informative. We used the on site Sea Taxi to travel to Old Town Nessebar for a sight seeing afternoon

The waiting staff were attentive and polite, although at times there was a language barrier for some. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant experience immensely

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

Finally, there was plenty of activities for all ages and each evening there was entertainment starting with a children's disco and then family shows. The team did an outstanding job entertaining the guests at the resort

We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel

I got back last week from this lovely holiday. The weather was nice and hotel is really nice and clean, food really good a lot to choose from. My friend and I stayed two weeks and felt well looked after by stuff

They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year

The specialty evenings had a great selection of local cuisine. The specialty restaurants, of which there are two, left a lot to be desired. The food was underwhelming, to say the least

We are here for the first day and for the first time here in Nessebar in the neat Phoenix! The hosts are incredibly polite and hospitable! The apartments are nice, very clean and smell wonderful! The beach is 5 minutes away, with fine sand and calm sea! I recommend!

The hosts are kind and extremely responsive people. The place is convenient in terms of location - about a kilometer from the beaches of Ravda and about two kilometers from the old town of Nessebar

It also implies a good movement, which is something very useful and underestimated by today's society. The central beach of Nessebar is maybe 500-700 meters from the hotel

All in all a fabulous 3 days and just to cap it off we left a jacket in our room which was promptly delivered to us via econt the next day. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay perfect from start to finish

Moved to this hotel after a nightmare stay at the hotel I booked with Jet2. Room is perfect, stunning sea views, comfortabke, nice little touches in room, water, wine, biscuits, sweets, slippers etc

Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. The old man, not sure if he is the owner or member of staff, helped me with luggage, and was always very nice and kind

Not sure if actually enough salt in there to make difference as other places i use the floors, walls and ceilings are all salt like caves whereas this one is just panel on wall. Think really floor should be salt too

We even got a late checkout for free. Nice rooms and super clean place and theres also a Sauna to rent for private use if you want to

Staff are super friendly, if you need gluten free food just ask the head chef, he was willing to show everything that was available and also would cook gluten free pasta and pizza out the back in the kitchen, they were aware of cross contamination

We would highly recommend the Wave Resort, I travelled with my 2 teenagers and booked a lagoon room which had shared access to a private pool, I read reviews beforehand and had asked ahead to book on the sunnyside of the hotel which was perfect, the sun was on pool from 10

We did eat at the buffet twice at lunch, lots of choice & the food was really nice. Special thanks to the Concierge team, who made us feel so special & for the bubbly & decorations in our room on our Anniversary

2 sun loungers on the private terrace, although pool is shared it's very cleverly done so your terrace is private to a degree, a large clothes airer too so could dry swim costumes and towels

The pool is great, although it would be nice to have more sundecks near it. The private beach and the the silence of an adults-only hotel are definitely some of the best features

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

Excellent accommodation and proximity to the beach!! The rooms are modern and very comfortable! The hotel was just remodeled before the 2023 summer season and everything is new and clean

We were lucky and we enjoyed the sea, the water was still good for a short swim, but we also enjoyed the inside pool and the finish & steam saunas

Stayed a week in the hotel with my family. I have got two young children and the wide choice of food in the restaurant was really appreciated as my little ones are quite fuzzy about food

We had a lovely stay! We want to thank the AMAZING animation team for making our nights incredible and fun! Everyone is so adorable and kind! Sundays are never the same when you are away! The shows and animation are always creative and we have always had a good laugh

Often at seaside hotels, I've had issues with hot water or water pressure, but here there were no problems - super strong water pressure and we had our own water heater, which was enough for three adults and one child without any issues

The room also had a brand-new kettle, unlike the rather unpleasant ones I've encountered elsewhere. There was air conditioning and a TV in every room. The food was on an All-Inclusive basis

In the evening, there was a children's disco at 8:30 PM, which my son insisted on attending. The children enjoyed dancing with the animators and they had fun. After that, there were quizzes and games for adults
