Everything great. Clean. Great restaurants with good food where you can pay by card. Nice pool and beach bar.

I had to clean it because I couldn't breathe properly due to the large amount of dust. The pool is very nice, but it has recently undergone renovations and it was not well done

My daughter cut her leg in the pool on the poorly repaired stairs and on the third day of 5 her vacation ended because of the large wound. I imagine there are better hotels

The receptionists are very unwilling to work. I saw several people who were not even staying at the hotel come in and use the pool without any problem

Top Resort! One and only All year around running resort in the region. Great Fitness&Spa and friendly&multilingual reception staff.

Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Denitsa who was extremely helpful and professional during our stay and through the booking process. We definitely hope to stay at Aurelia Beack Complex again

Brilliant location very close to bars and restaurants. . We had a sea view double room the view was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea

Nice hotel, the top floor has view of the sea. The only problem is the lack of adequate curtains - it gets bright in the room very easy

The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea

Top location, nice garden and pool, tasty breakfast. Wonderful hosts and great service. They allowed us to check out late and we had a wine bottle as a compliment in our room after a small misunderstanding!

Our stay in the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were more spacious than we expected and are much nicer than they look in the pictures we had seen. The staff and the owners were pleasant and always helpful

The resutant has a not overly wide menu filled tasty meals at quite reasonable prices. The attched garden had a delightful atmosphere that helps you to wind down and enjoy the food

Always a lovely meal. Again, family run it makes such a difference. We were ordering far too much food and our waiter told us. Where would you get it. Definitely recommend

A very nice hotel - we enjoyed our stay. A good location: a two minute walk from the shops and ten minutes from the beach, but situated in a peaceful residential area

The balcony was pleasant, as it wrapped around two sides of the building, providing shade at any time. The kitchenette was well-appointed and the WiFi was good

We had the two-bedroom apartment: it was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water

The owner is really nice and is always ready to help her clients. Only 100m to the beach and really nice and clean rooms. I recommend it to all looking for place to stand without 5 stars standard

The family also own the beach bar on Ravda beach. The beach bar is a must place to visit with great beer and beach food

Excellent place, the rooms are clean with balcony all that needs, quite place near Market, and 5 minutes from beach, the owner give me olso free parking, fully satisfied from guys, no English speakers but friendly and professionals

We have already been to the Asai hotel twice. And this year we are going again (2021). Why? Because it is a unique place, beautiful and well-kept with a garden and a barbecue area. The hosts are always very helpful

The hotel is small, but cozy. Clean and bright, perfect location to major attractions in the resort. Couple of minutes to bus station with all routes to other resorts around - Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Saint Vlas.

They give me the key and they do not bother me with any nonsense, they clean the room once a day and it is very discreet. The prices are good and the price is good.

A middle-class hotel, but the prices are also average. To the beach, about 1200 m. Downstairs, a well-stocked shop. I recommend it for a weekend getaway

I had full service for the whole week and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The bar/pool on top of the hotel gives a nice view over the sea and coast. Thanks to the staff and i will be back

Excellent Breakfast, very varied dinner. In the evening always live music. The rustle of the waves and the sea breeze are fascinating. The cleaning was every day, towels were changed once in three days or as needed

Very nice and cozy. The beach is about 200m. and the owners are terribly kind and positive people. The rooms are very cozy and with nice views. I recommend with both hands.

The rooms are big and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has small and big swimming pool so the kids can play safely. Strongly recommended if you want to spend quality time with your family

It's a small family hotel with decently clean rooms. Yet I expected a bit more based on what was advertised. The garden feels more like a dark back yard. Breakfast is very basic and it doesn't even include coffee

The hotel is not too close to the beach, but it's a bit too close to the main street where various loud music can be heard until midnight

Friendly helpful staff, fact I could take shower after beach being already checked out from the hotel.
