Galeon Residence & SPA

My experience at Galleon Residence and Spa was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, pristine amenities, and breathtaking views. Dining options were superb, offering a variety of delicious meals. The spa and pool area were perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to key attractions yet offering a peaceful retreat. Every detail was meticulously managed, making my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Its nice and clean, the apartments are spacious and the pool is great. The restaurant has tasty food.

There were some minor inconveniences like some stuff around the rooms being broken or people leaving towels to take up the sunbeds around the pool. The parking is expensive and the fitness is disappointing. It's close to the beach, but it's really far away from the main attractions in Sunny Beach.

Still the overall experience was pretty nice and I loved it.

Nice comfy and big rooms, great everyday service, helpful and kind administration team.
Perfect location, quite silent, short walk to the beach, full of shops and services. AC in the room, but surprisingly we didn't need to use it despite >30C outside. Ok, might see some small breaks on the wall and really a small bit of smell, but if you don't require perfect Western European 5* standard, you will not notice.
(surprisingly it's a 301 room as other, very judgmental commenter also, seems the issues are fixed already!)

Restaurant is very good - tasty food, very big amount of places to sit and really reasonable prices, especially for daily offer. Also waitress service is nice and always in the place. Breakfasts are repeatable as some already said, but amount of things to choose is enough to change even every day during a week stay. And very tasty for me :) what I didn't like is people smoking everywhere. They sit outside usually but it's all covered by common roof so smoke spreads easilly. But it's a common problem in Bulgaria unfortunately. At least this smoke stinks not as bad as I felt sometimes in central Europe..

Nice and very clean swimming pool, cleaned every day very carefully. And surprisingly not many people in the end of August (most prefer the sea, as me :)

Last but not least, as I'm disabled person, i got a comfortable room, close to an elevator and with helpful adjustments in the bathroom.

Amazing modern hotel. Everything is sparkling clean, towels are changed and rooms are cleaned daily. I was really impressed with everything about this place. The pools are great, the playground next to the restaurant makes it easy to have dinner even with a toddler, as in our case. The breakfast is nice, and the food in the restaurant is good too. The whole place is quiet during the day and at night. The bathroom in the room had everything you could need - toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, ear buds, file, cotton rounds/pads/, etc. We stayed in room A601 which was a family suite facing the pools and the sea and it was perfect. The balcony was huge. My family and I loved this hotel so much, we plan on returning! It's located in the quiet area of Sunny Beach and is right behind the beautiful sandy beach, so it's just a short walk on the wooden planks. Lots of shops around too. The centre of Sunny Beach, which is noisier and busier, is probably about 2km away. Highly recommended for families who want to have a nice and relaxed vacation!

Every day fresh towels. Free Wi-Fi and beach towels for near the swimming pool. Nice and helpfull people.

Nice place, large apartments, very good wifi, good food. I liked the pool and also is close to the beach. The apartment we had was tidy but not clean (what I was expecting from a five star hotel) and also we had a party every night in the apartment over the hallway until morning
