Centrally located in Ruse, Bistra & Galina Hotel offers luxurious accommodation in individually furnished and air-conditioned rooms. It offers a breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi. The air-conditioned rooms have minibars and cable TV. The facilities further include a seating area and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Bistra & Galina Hotel features a recreation centre and there is a lush summer garden. The restaurant has solid handmade furniture and interior decoration. Guests can sample an exclusive wine collection and European dishes.

I love the elevator. You can prop the door open and load everything in. The elevator is large.

dont go there its a scam there are beg bugs and a lot of spiders it doesn’t look the same the food is good but dry now i want go to sleep because of those bugs

I liked the room i stayed in - it had a lovely sitting corner and all amenities, it was clean and altogether quite pleasant.
Another great thing was the staff - quite kind and helpful, while not being too intrusive.

Nice and clean family hotel in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and kind. There are couple of parking spots.

When I booked the room I specifically asked if the breakfast is buffet and outside, they've just said yes. Don't pay for brakfast, it's horrible!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very modern and clean. Indoor heated swimming pool and gym with sauna and massage. Can well recommend it.
