This is the perfect place in the center of Ruse(10 out of 10). The atmosphere was very good. The staff was very kind and friendly. If I will have to go to Ruse again it will be my choice for a hotel. Everything interesting is 20 minutes away from there.

Perfect, central location and free parking (I think five spots available). The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and relatively quiet (we faced the back, which may make a difference), and laundry was doable for a reasonable fee.

The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street, 100 meters from the central square. Rooms are big, but have a tiny window, which barely lets any daylight in. Breakfast is of poor quality served at the lobby bar. For my dismay the eggs were peeled. No dedicated parking, so if you come by car be prepared to leave you car far from the hotel or at a paid parking. The price is way more expensive than you could expect for such type of hotel.

We stayed 1 night, it is located in the heart of the city, near to it aprox 50m has 5 parking spot. Only got 3* but I gave 5* because of the cleanness and the room measurements. Big room, with all you need.

Very pleasant hotel on the main pedestrian street. Staff was very kind, they also gave us a free room upgrade. The bed was really comfortable. The included breakfast is basic. You can hear some noise from the street below. We recommend and would visit again.

The staff is very helpful and so warm-hearted. The location is perfect even no need to walk . The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I can really confess that is the best hotel i have ever stayed. Thanks for the all staff
