Excelent location, about 150 meters from the central pedestrian zone. The rooms are cleand with enough free space. Good service. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food. The restaurant is often visited by the locals which is a significan measure for a "good" restaurant. I recomend this hotel

Basic good value accommodation in the centre.

Clean and very well priced guest house. Alex the owner is always around to advise and even speaks done English too. Location is pretty much in the centre of Samokov. The breakfast is 6lv and consists of eggs or pancakes and a coffee or tea.

Ideal location, good host, clean, but noisy... Perfect place for travellers who stay one or two nights. In general good value for the money.

Alex and his wife were very kind, give us great tips for the city and help with whatever we needed. The place is nice and very clean, central and quiet. Just a few min walk from the city center, a few min by car from Billa, Lidl and Tmarket. Recommend!

The hosts are really nice people, who are friendly and are always there for you. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm and you have there what you need - a comfortable bed, bathroom, TV ans it is really cheap. The hotel is near to Borovetz. You can order a delicious breakfast :)

I picked this guest house somewhat randomly on arrival in Samokov and could not have been happier with my choice. Aleks is a wonderful host that helped me getting the most out of my stay by providing just the information I needed and really caring about my plans. The rooms are basic, but excellent value.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The hosts are kind and responsive. We were accommodated in the new part of the house and the room was great, there was tea and coffee making facilities and shampoos in the bathroom. We would come back again!

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Picture postcard villas about 300m from main lifts. Good for families or 6 people sharing. Very nice helpful host. Good food in the restaurant and much cheaper than cafes nearer the lifts.

It's not exactly a hotel I would define it as a B&B The mattress is used with springs and not good, in the shower there is no curtain and the water shower does not splash everywhere, breakfast is not bad but mediocre staff creates a family atmosphere and pleasant dining rooms neat and cozy clean and tidy

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

The place is great, always warm and welcoming. Owners always make you feel at home, there is no too small or too big request for them.

Food was good but the room was a little dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Single beds but when you put those together it forms a huge gap, so impossible for people with small kids. Pool was quite cold. People at the reception were not particularly nice. But the location is good and so is the price.

Great value for money! Breakfast was basic ! Great location(supermarkets and Bulgaria highest peak mountain isn’t far) Staff were friendly and helpful ,gave suggestions on what we could do in the hotel and outside the hotel when asked. We were told that we couldn’t use the pool but the gym . FYI: Breakfast isn’t buffet,you will be given a menu and you choose 1 option per person. Drinks:water,juices...

Not a bad place for going with your family. I tried there the pool and the gym they have inside. The room was normal and clean. The restaurant have a big number of plates and the food is tasty. The only reason i give 4 star is because the service of the restaurant was so poor. They were hired some children at 16 years of age and we were big company about 30 people. It was just impossible for the young...

I ate in restaurant on the first floor. I wanted to eat traditional Bulgarian food. They brought me Šobska salad with fresh pepper (this is wrong). the waiters don't speak English. The other food was correct.

Everything was nice, room was big and clean... Staff was polite and very welcoming. There is also a big pool, we did not have time to use it, but based on what we saw, it is big and clean.

It's a great hotel at the heart of Samokov. We visited in the off-season during the summer and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the nice outdoor pool.
