Food was good but the room was a little dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Single beds but when you put those together it forms a huge gap, so impossible for people with small kids. Pool was quite cold. People at the reception were not particularly nice. But the location is good and so is the price.

Everything was nice, room was big and clean... Staff was polite and very welcoming. There is also a big pool, we did not have time to use it, but based on what we saw, it is big and clean.

It's a great hotel at the heart of Samokov. We visited in the off-season during the summer and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the nice outdoor pool.

We really enjoyed our trip to Botovets and in particular Hotel Bor we stayed at. Nice size room , fit with comfortable beds, good shower , fridge. This place is amazing! We got a room facing the mountains and it was beyond magical to see. It is located in the edge of the village so its more iaolated and quiet. The family staff was very nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We will definetly come back on our next trip to Bulgaria.
