Nice location, and the service is not bad but the price compared to what you receive is definitely not great.

Food was very good but the kitchen takes too long. The restaurant is very good looking and stylishly.

Clean and very well priced guest house. Alex the owner is always around to advise and even speaks done English too. Location is pretty much in the centre of Samokov. The breakfast is 6lv and consists of eggs or pancakes and a coffee or tea.

Ideal location, good host, clean, but noisy... Perfect place for travellers who stay one or two nights. In general good value for the money.

Alex and his wife were very kind, give us great tips for the city and help with whatever we needed. The place is nice and very clean, central and quiet. Just a few min walk from the city center, a few min by car from Billa, Lidl and Tmarket. Recommend!

The hosts are really nice people, who are friendly and are always there for you. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm and you have there what you need - a comfortable bed, bathroom, TV ans it is really cheap. The hotel is near to Borovetz. You can order a delicious breakfast :)

I picked this guest house somewhat randomly on arrival in Samokov and could not have been happier with my choice. Aleks is a wonderful host that helped me getting the most out of my stay by providing just the information I needed and really caring about my plans. The rooms are basic, but excellent value.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived before 2pm and the hosts checked us in right away. Warm and cozy place. I recommend.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The hosts are kind and responsive. We were accommodated in the new part of the house and the room was great, there was tea and coffee making facilities and shampoos in the bathroom. We would come back again!

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

I really recommend this place. It was a great stay. Roomand the whole place is really clean, quiet, everything is new, the owners are really nice, helpful and polite. Also the big plus is: garden and the bakery at the ground floor, they have amazing Banica 👌🏻

It is good for your money. It is quiet if the room overlooks the pleasant courtyard. Bakery in the same building. There is no indoor parking. It is outside the blue zone. Kind and responsive owners.

Family conduction , Hristo will welcome you as if you are a friend , regardless. The rooms are nice and clean, and the courtyard as been equipped as a common space for having lunch or just for spending some time together.

Perfect place. Good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's very delicious traditional fast food in front of the building. Also ask the owner for Hristo for private ski and snowboard lessons. He's very experienced and proffesionalist. If you come one time, you'll come back for sure.

The house is located on the main street in the village. It is convenient to stay there if you are going to climb Malyovitsa. The room is small but clean. Advel Guest House is located in Madzhare village, which makes it ideal location to enjoy both calm mountain and ski slopes of Borovets, Malyovitsa and Govedartsi. We had a great stay at All Seasons to go hiking and enjoy Rila mountain. It is a really pleasant family-run guesthouse situated in the lovely Govedartsi village. Our host was friendly, polite and attentive and made us delicious breakfast. He speaks English well and it's a friendly place for international visitors. We had a very pleasant stay here to go hiking. Just keep in mind that you are staying at a family run guesthouse (some of the other reviews seem to be expecting a hotel...!). Personally I preferred it in many ways to the hotels I've stayed at in Bulgaria. For a start the owners were friendly and check-in was very easy. The hosts are very friendly and they create a pleasant and comfortable notion and space for communication. The place is vidy and clean and cosy. The location is very good as a starting point for lots of trips. And you can get invaluable advise and guidance from the hosts for beautiful places to visit nearby. Fantastic place with extraordinary kind and welcoming hosts. We had perfect time (3 nights) and the hosts were very friendly. They showed great understanding and support as we were travelling with a 2 y.o. toddler and a 3 y.o. Sheppard dog. I would recommend to take breakfast and dinner at the place. Everything was very clean and cosy. Good WiFi as well.

Beautiful log cabins and stunning views. Really unique place in the mountains of Bulgaria and highly recommended if you want to spend quality time hiking or skiing. Beautiful log chalets with stunning views. The accommodation is very cosy and in typical finish style. The chalet has everything you need. The manager Lili was really welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back as we loved it.
