Hotels All-inclusive in Tsarevo

The special event included one evening meal in their beach side restaurant boasted an ala carte menu was more Faulty Towers then Four Seasons

A choice of 3 main meals had to be ordered a full day in advance and wasn't even produced on the day. Complaints were meet with a shrugg of the shoulders and a no English response. Compliment were always understood

Food was varied and there was always something to eat. Drinks were plentiful and, for a lot of the time, served with a smile. Entertainment crew were really good, and did well with limited numbers and resources

Overall Serenity Bay Hotel provides a mid range price TUI SUNEO holiday. There was never any surprise factor in any of the meal times. Staff were efficient but you could never say friendly

This place was great, especially for the money paid. Tv in bedroom never worked properly, not a huge issue for us. We lucked out on the room and had top floor sea view, which was incredible

Don't believe the sign saying 'supermarket' outside the front doors, it's never open, however the nearest big town (go down into the village and follow the waterfront) there's a decent sized shop after you turn left and a lidl soon after that, it's about half hours walk though

Nice place, several pools, several bars, aqua park, animators, good restaurant, playground. A lot of available activities and games with the animation team.

The food, accomodation, amination team and many other aspect are excellent! This place has jacuzzi, 2 big pools, SPA, Fitness centre, massages, 3 separated bars (2 on the beach, 1 in the lobby), multifunctional playground and many more!

Hotel Hermes is the place to be! Perfect for both foreign and local tourists! The rooms are clean and cosy, the bar and food are awesome and the animation is simply amazing!

Good food, nice hotel, friendly staff, programm for kids, clean sea . One star taken for cleanliness of the hotel room - but maybe Im just perfectionnist? :-) Good place for holidays with kids!

Location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops at the town center, on the same time great private atmosphere at the pool, were you can enjoy a coffee or a meal or have an amazing cocktail

The place had everything we needed: a nice large room for the lectures and exercises, a wonderful big dining terrace and a lovely pool garden to hang out and relax. It was a truly brilliant experience for everyone

Also I am sure they can do something about their car park, it is just a dirt track at the moment. Rather than that, the staff were OK. I really believe that we were overcharged for what we got there

The hotel is right at the beach and also has it's own swimming pool. However, the studio, we were staying at, was not as great as we were expecting. The batroom was mouldy and rusty

The place was excellent! The location itself (right on the beach line) is perfect for a family stay. Our room have been upgraded to a better one, with a sea view at the same cost

The mirror was old, with one of them spots in the middle, where you cannot see youself. The bed sheets had some kind of stains

Not so bad location if you are going with car to some beach. Strange decision to pass via the restaurant to go to the pool! Pool guard is missing most of the time!

Breakfast is excellent - you get to choose from different options on a block table and everything that we have chosen and tried was worth it. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Pool and pool area are also very clean

He resolved the issue and compensated us for the inconvenience, which is the perfect attitude, if you want to have new, long-term customers and people recommend you to their friends

The underground parking alley is a bit tight, so if you have a big car, it makes it really hard to get in and out. They also have an outdoor paid parking, which compensates

We had some troubles with the parking at first, but the manager/ owner of the place personally called us and wanted to know what was the problem and how can he help

Very good location, clean and ordered, delicious food and lovely and friendly staff. I loved having the sea all around and visible from my balcony

Nice place, surrounded by trees, on a very quiet street. Nice restaurant with a terrace looking at the trees and the sea between.

I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food

Very nice and spacious rooms with huge balcony. Cleaning everyday. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite!

Room furniture is cheap but tolerable with the central room cooling system being my main complaint, also I'm not very sure if the thermostat is real and working, or if it's a plastic shell that controls nothing

The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably

The hot tub is ice cold as well, being more of a kid-pool

All the rooms have sea view. Hotel is located in the vicienity of sea garden and a small port hosting sailboats and fishing vessels.

It's a good place .The rooms are not so big but for the price it's fine.Please fix the sliding doors to the balcony because it's hard to go outside and add a basket bin .

The best place for diving lessons in a swim with instructor. The hotel is very clean, rooms ate comfortable and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food. There is a small beach a few meters from the hotel.

Clean rooms, awesome see view and friendly staff. It's located at a very quiet place and has like a private beach which is awesome.

It is clean, comfortable, cozy, thought out for the comfort of the guests, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind, responsive and well-read people, our stay with them was pleasant and peaceful

We were worried that it would be cramped because there were 3 of us, but the room was perfect. The hosts are very nice, there is a 24-hour supermarket under the house

As a recommendation, I can give a small broom and a shovel to be placed in the rooms. We are at the sea and it is inevitable that you do not bring sand into the room

Nice house for your vacation . I recommend the apartment at the top floor with the Seaview. P.S. the plants 🪴 are pretty big around the house.

Super nice and friendly staff, the place is great for the money you pay and it's close to most things you'd need, econt office, pharmacy, convenience store, beach and so on.

Very clean, nice, new furniture, comfi beds, clean sheets, service is best, owners are polite and really helpfull. They have 3 parking places, very good location there is pharmacy, breakfast, supermarket, bank nearby

Sunny House is the cleanest hotel I've been to has nice beds. And the people are very nice and it's very quiet we really like it 😃😃

Best place to spend ur holiday in Tsarevo

Wonderful view of the sea. Good staff. Good breakfast. The closest sand beach is on the small side, but bigger are in 7 minutes walking. And delicious food in Panchetata restaurant next to the bigger beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to wild and secluded beaches. Awesome apartment - very spacious, comfortable for a family with a toddler, amazing view.

The resort location is good with amazing swimming pool, probably the biggest in the area. The rooms need renovation for sure

If you lucky enough to have neighbors with dogs you would enjoy contant barking early in the morning or evening

Restaurant works only for 2 hours during meal times and charges are quite high and apply for kids, too. Staff was polite, but big applouse goes to the animator who single handedly entertained the kids

The view is amazing! The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. The kids are welcomed and entertained by the animators. There is a parking for the guests and a 24/7 security

Location fantastic, right on the beach. Nice beachfront bars & restaurant very near. BUT: ‘Free parking’ - this was actually find somewhere by a busy public beach. ‘Breakfast included’ - breakfast allegedly from 7-10

The location is 10/10! Huge garden with a pool is located infrint of the hotel. A nice path is leading to the beach just for 20seconds. The rooms are very big and very clean

The staff are really kind and always helpful!

We wanted to leave early, no breakfast available at 7. 55, tables not laid, only one member of staff & he was obviously not ready
