Awesome place for parents with kids. Good service, clean and nite hotel

Just want to share my compliments to hotel for great syay and becouse I am a good food lover to share a fotos from Exellent Greek Diner from yesterday! This pictures show all my feelings for our stay!

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

* The food is not like in 4 stars hotel. * Managers need to pay more attention to the staff - must be smiling a lot and making the guests feel good, not guilty to be rest in there. * The hygiene is not good at all. The tables in the restaurant are really sticky... * Some days they just forgot to clean the room and to put toilet paper in it. I've asked them 3 times to put paper in the toilet and in...

A small daily menu, very tasty and qualitative food for a good price, nice staff, very happy with this restaurant, it became our daily lunch place during our stay.

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

The food tastes great, prices are reasonable and is really cosy and well arranged. The best price performance in the neighbourhood.

It was a very nice stay. A Special Thanks to the women a the reception. They were extrem friendly and helpful.

Expensive for the quality you get.

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. Asked what the sauce of one of the dish contains, the answer was "lemon and some secret ingredients". Asked again if the sauce is spicy, the answer was...

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. This only made it feel overpriced! Nonetheless the service was friendly. The food was nice and served properly however our tuna stake was a bit overcooked. The restaurant is fine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice friendly staff , clean and tidy basic hotel

It was superb to spent our vacation there in SunSet Beach in Lozenets. Hope to return back next year. Thanks to the staff!

Very nice place with nice host. The room was clean and comfortable. One big plus was the small restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed in the studio with the sea view with a huge balcony. Kind and friendly service. Cleaning every day. Free parking.

I can assure future customers that this is an amazing place. The beach next to it is great for kids, and there is a display of different boats nearby! Do note that sometimes the boats do go out to the sea, so please don't try and go on them. Nearby, there is a camp site called "The cool place". People on reception were very nice. Hotel was looking very nice. Beds were comfy, and the view from terrace was very nice.

I haven’t stayed in the hotel, but I went to the restaurant and it was pretty nice. The atmosphere was pleasant, the waitress was really kind and welcoming, the food came fast and it was well presented. Everything was delicious and I left full which was good because I finished my meal. Overall it’s a pretty good place to eat at!

Great restaurant to have all of your meals. It is a perfect place for families with kids since they have really nice and clean playground for kids to play and enjoy. You could not see a kid with a mobile phone in their hands - because all of them are playing - which is nice for a change. Amazing little family hotel. It's location is literary 2 minutes from the center of the village and 5 from the main beach - slow walking. It has nice really clean pool where you can read a book, rest, swim and have a cocktail far from the sand and the people on the beach. Rooms are really clean and have cable TV(nice big TFT), wireless internet and air conditioning. All of the staff is really nice...

Great experience!!! Great for couples and families! This place is very well run and maintained. Family owned hotel and everybody was extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. We even had a problem with our car and the family that ownes were very helpful. Definitely will recommend.

The only hotel I ever stay in when visiting this beautiful area of the Bulgarian coast. Comfortable and clean rooms with great bathrooms, complete with spectacular views of the sea that’s just a few minutes away! The restaurant offers delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes, and you can enjoy some refreshing drinks by the pool. The staff is lovely and always assures the best stay!

A very beautiful and peaceful place for rest and relaxation

The only problem was that for 8 nights they do not change towels, in my opinion it is too long .... time ...
