Kashmir is most likely the best SPA resort in Bulgaria (together with Zornitza). The facility is great, SPA zone is also outstanding, it is very clean & very cozy. You can't go wrong with them. The half board is great, the food is delicious and the staff is smiling and friendly. One downside is they don't have bidet shower in the restrooms. Besides of that, the rooms are also cozy and comfortable....

Great hotel with excellent spa facilities, the breakfast buffet was exceptional as was the dinner offering. The only points for improvement would be we struggled to communicate in English with some staff members and it would be good to have an option not to have dinner, as this you tend to over eat. The hotel is very nice – the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the toiletries provided in the room had a pleasant scent. The restaurant is good, with a lovely terrace, and the food is very tasty. The well-stocked minibar. The spa area is pleasant and clean. However, I have stayed in equally good hotels at a more reasonable price.

Overpriced. Very good outdoor hot tubs, pools and sauna. The steam baths indoors were not warm enough to enjoy them plus they smelled badly. Good massages. Amazing! Staff is super helpful and professional and the spa facilities are simply outstanding; all in a secluded forest atmosphere. Restaurant has a select menu and is one of the best we’ve tried in Bulgaria. Best choice for our honeymoon!!
