The rooms are pretty spacious, the bathroom as well. It is very clean with some minor exceptions. The spa area has plenty of options, pools with different water temperature, sauna, etc. Absolutely everyone from the staff whom we met was friendly, polite and welcoming which we highly appreciated. One downside is that the hotel is located pretty far out but on the other hand it has great mountain views

The bathrooms need some cleaning - showers have mold. It is also not a smoke-free hotel. People smoke on the balconies, so the smoke gets into the adjacent rooms. It also hosts events, which is great but could get noizy at times for the guests. It does have great views and staff is very friendly. The restaurant is pricey for what it offers. I guess that's why it is quite empty in the evenings.

We were so pleasantly surprised how nice everyone of the staff was! Also pleasantly surprised of the great food. Even the simplest princesi sandwich st the pool was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant had the best lamb dishes!

Our new favorite place to relax. Facilities, food and atmosphere was amazing. The best part - adult only. One of few such places in Bulgaria and much much needed if you need true relaxation and don't want to be annoyed. We'll be coming back many many more times for sure.

It is a really nice place to enjoy the mountain during any season. The pools are clean. The internal decoration is impecable. The restaurant has a well-balanced menu. The lobby is cozy. Adult only hotel for extreme relax and well-being. The food is way above anything we have tried in 5 star hotels. The setting is a masterpiece. The rooms are nicely decorated. While Velingrad hotels are very overpriced this one is an exception. Just book a renovated room and you’ll enjoy it. Most importantly the staff here is extremely nice and caring

I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times.Everything was excellent. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. We will go again in November. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)

The hotel is average according my opinion. For a five star hotel the rooms are very small, the restaurant is also small and only the SPA centre is great and compensates for the other two.

Lovely clean and well kept hotel. The rooms are modern and specious with a fantastic balcony. The only downside for me was the temperature of the outdoor pool. It was too cold, impossible to use in October. The indoor pool was rather cold too, around 30C. The food was ok. The diner was mostly cooked meat and fresh salad, no choice or rise or potatoes dishes.

Surprisingly good hotel. Excellent rooms, quiet place. The indoor pool is fantastic and not crowded. There is an outside pool too - but was too hot to stay there. It's definitely not worth the four stars category. Rooms are OK, but nothing special. The main disadvantages - SPA is one of the worst I have ever been. The pool is so small, practically you can only stand still there if more than 5 person are in at the same time. The sauna is also very small and it's only dry with no watering. The food is simply not good at all. Very poor quality.

The quality has declined over the years. It used to be a good hotel, but now it seems to be neglected. The pool and spa area are not in best shape, the water doesn't look clean and inviting, the windows are covered with stains and the capacity of the spa doesn't correspond with the capacity of the hotel rooms. Big rooms with a terrace. The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area. We've been here with a 4month old baby and enjoyed it. I recommend it!!

The pool is too far from the rooms and the elevator, also the water wasn’t that clean too much hair in some places, especially in the deepest parts of the pool, the also wasn’t very good kind of old and the water did stop couple of times we were not able to use the shower neither the toilet, kid playroom was awful condition many of the toys were broken, my wife told the receptionist that kids playroom...

I stayed in a single room with breakfast and dinner included. There is a good choice at the buffet. It was my first experience tasting Bulgarian food and it was delicious. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the train station and hiking trails. It feels so refreshing to come back from a day outside and then go soak in the pool or do a sauna session. Old school yet quite budget. Reminds me of the 70s hotels in Spain. Rooms were clean and mattress very comfortable. Swimming pool with mineral water, Finnish Sauna and small pool for the small ones. The hotel food was God, not wow but good. Personnel was quite young and helpful and friendly. Took the all-inclusive option.

Very nice hotel, good service, open air aqua park, tennis court, football playground, internal swimming pools and jakuzzi, terraces, good food and drink list, just by the pine forest, pure fresh air, away from hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

The rooms are nice, bed is with springs not very comfortable. Food is hit or miss some things I liked others were bland. Outdoor pool is shallow perfect for kids to play. Indoor pool is nice and warm 1.2-1.6m depth.

Lots of good memories for the time I spent here in 3 different occasions, recommended. You may find restaurant a bit weird, in my experience the cook was kind of arrogant guy was standing and staring who takes what and how many times and was asking in a sarcastic way "dovolni sme" except this detail Spa facility was quite ok with helpful staff
