We enjoyed it greatly and mostly responded to what was described.

Good place for just one night. It was disinfected minutes before check-in and smelled very strongly of chlorine. The shower door was broken. There is no parking space. The price of the night is like at the sea in high season. In a word, nothing special. I don't recommend.

The rooms and the food are nothing specia, yet OK. But the pool can be used till the early morning. So this is quite nice.

Pros: Location is great - 10 min walk from the center of Velingrad. Swimming pools are lovely. Both are with mineral water having pleasant, curing effect for different health conditions. The big pool is 25 meters long, good for swimming, having water temperature of 28°C. The smaller pool is circular and with water temperature of 38°C. The hotel is old but maintained ok and rooms are clean and warm. We usually visit this place in winter. The staff are friendly and the warm out door pool is open till 8pm.

The hotel looks old but it was very clean, there is two pools: the first is smaller with hot mineral water and the second is larger 1.4 m goes up to 1.8 m with normal temperature mineral water. The staff was very nice and helpful, since my father is in wheelchair, they kept always a parking space for us and provided the information that we needet. It was nice. Efforts were obviously made, but maybe because of the season (New Years), it wasn't well cleaned everywhere. The bathroom was dusty everywhere, the room too, + cobwebs. A wonderful place for family recreation. Three-story house with terraced yard, small pool, but not with mineral water. The pool is cleaned daily and there are sunbeds around it. Tables. Silence and peace. The rooms are nicely furnished, creating a homely feel. They have a private bathroom. We could see greenery from our balcony. Hospitable host, well-maintained rooms and a very clean swimming pool with mineral water. It is located in a quiet street not far from the center and at the same time there is everything you need nearby such as groceries, a butcher's shop, a pharmacy and restaurants with a lunch menu, if you want I would come back again if given the chance.

The rooms are terribly small, those facing the Balkans. The procedures are very messy and you have to keep track of the hours every day, and when you have a bath and then other procedures, it's a lot of running.

That we were moved to a bigger and nicer room, because originally they gave me one that smelled bad.

I'm here right now The rooms have a big mini bar, the bed is comfortable, you can't go to the pool after 6 pm. This is bad. There's no air conditioning.

Great hotel. The staff is up to standard, very responsive and nice people. I recommend it to everyone. The spa is perfect, the tavern and the food are very good, the rooms are clean and the service is perfect. A real paradise.

Nice place right in the mountains. Very good spa center. Big pool with mineral water, jacuzzi, sauna for free. Different massages and therapies for amazingly fear prices made by graduated therapists. F&B is in good level of service and fear price as well.

I was surprised about the infrastructure, physiotherapy was very good and my spouse and appreciate the pools and the views.

We went on our summer holiday in Aura hotel in Velingrad for a few days. It's a lovely hotel with one big pool and a few small ones all with mineral water. Food was delicious. We took opportunity of spa procedures and it was great. Highly recommended.

Looking nice, calm and clean. Pools are small and not overcrowded. Greek style outdoors - statues, chairs, colours. Staff was very busy but nice. 20lv is the fee for using the pools when you are not a guest of 5he hotel. Which is OK but should be adjusted depending on the time you want to use it. Restaurant had almost no visitors in the afternoon.

It is a nice and clean family hotel. During our stay it was realy overcrowded, despite Covid it looked and felt overbooked. The parking and spa are realy not ment for so many visitors. Probably if it was not so busy we would have liked it more.

Love this place. Charming, old style, rustic and attractive. The courtyard is beautiful and there are kittens playing. The restaurant downstairs is affordable, healthy and delicious. The room has lots of wood and it has a good feeling. It's GREAT value for the price.

It is a decent hotel, not very luxurious but it is ok. The surrounding area is peaceful and many rooms have a mountain view. The renovated rooms (deluxe) are definitely a better choice than the standard ones. There is a spa center with sauna, steam bath and a few swimming pools, also 2 fitness rooms. Even though the hotel was fully booked the stay here was quite enjoyable.

I love it! The location is very good, peaceful and quite with amazing view. Rooms are big enough with king size bed and personally our terrace was HUGE. There is also a lovely spa with two pools and a great masseuse (I definitely recommend to try one of their massages). The restaurant was good the breakfast was fantastic really it was just awesome.
