Very nice hotel and spa experience in Velingrad. Would say 4-star hotel, not quite 5star standards but very good. Two large pools and good hot tub and sauna options. Playroom for children, billiards and games

Buffet food was good, not the best ever but good for a buffet. Massage and therapy options are amazing. The therapist is very good and can provide numerous treatments. Relaxation massages are also very good

sadly 5* doesn't mean all that much. I'd rather say it's a very good 3* star hotel. I liked it and probably would return at some point. Breakfast is poor, but dinner is great and tasty

I stayed there in 2018 and 2019 and I was about to stay there in 2023, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned! However, I'll never forget about this great place that's always made my holiday better! It's located outside of Velingrad in a quite and peaceful area, surrounded by trees and mountains with a bus stop right in front of the hotel connecting it to the town! The food in the restaurant was amazing. Many choices and very delicious. We will come back for a longer vacation there very soon! Definitely recommend the hotel to all kind of guests, especially families with kids!!!

Great service! Top location near the river and right next to the big forest. Quiet place, without any noise from anywhere. We where able to hear the birds singing and the water from river float

Superb hotel, rooms and staff. The spa area amazing and clean. House keepers very quiet in the corridor. Comfy beds. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurants food very good. I recommend and will be back there very soon.

Favourite place around, everything is good but sometimes the consistency of the restaurant is not very good, we had tough stakes several times when dining. Otherwise everything else is 10 / 10

Even the simplest princesi sandwich st the pool was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant had the best lamb dishes!

The hotel is very good overall with big and clean spa area, friendly staff, and delicious food with big variety and quality products. Still there are for sure several things to be improved: 1

high prices for kids electronic games and play stations, you are already booking a high price hotel, those things should be included or woth symbolic price. No drinks included in the dinner, not even water! 3

The indoor and outdoor pools are great and well maintained. The kids activities were well timed during breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious and the layout was perfect

A few things the hotel can improve but not something i will take stars for in my review: -the kids center should be more lively and have someone there more frequently

Plus open the windows for better ventilation -the construction upfront. It was not loud but was just surprised that if was going on

Overall great stay with amazing food and service. Super friendly staff, great location in the middle of a pine tree s park - 5mins walk from downtown. Amenities are good for a 5* hotel

One of the best and oldest spas in Velingrad. You are in an old style 5 star Hotel, but the genuine version. There is a lot of space inside and outside, beautiful park around and the city center is accessible by foot

Excellent SPA hotel, large view rooms, outdoor and indoor pools. Specialists will give you a massage, I used it myself and was satisfied. The water in the pool and tap is mineral. Very attentive staff.

We had great experience (two adults and a kid). Rooms were always clean, breakfast was also good. The pool is big enough, there is also an outdoor one. Spa procedures are also good.

In terms of price/quality ratio I would not say it is really good. It used to be good I guess but now it is quite worn-out

My name is Donche and l would like to share a bit with the public about our experience with my wife for this beautiful named Rich Spa Hotel in Velingrad. I will start first with my experience back 30 years ago

Not a first visit and still keep quality. Rooms are very well equipped with kettle, coffe, tea, conditioner, cleansing milk, shoe sponge even shoe horn and slippers. Deffinatly prepared for every occasion

We were lucky to stay in the hotel whenever it wasn’t very crowded. We couldn’t try the piano bar sadly as didn’t work on weekdays, but the staff gave us a tour of it and it seemed marvellous

The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and treated us with the upmost respect. The SPA center is a bit small, but it’s well maintained and very clean

The on-site restaurant serves delicious local cuisine, enhancing the overall experience

Personally the service was really good the food was good most importantly the plates and the forks were clean, ther room’s were great they wer clean the sheets were clean and it seemed really nice, my experience in the pool was really good the water was warm and clean personally i would recommend it 100%

Great location in the city center, on the top with great view, very quiet place with a beautiful park outside. Great place to stay with excellent kitchen, SPA and friendly staff.

50/50 food choice, some of it looks not very fresh + there are no free beverages, you have to pay for water and other simple drinks. The rooms are good but very old and this can be easily noticed by the scratches

We had a very good relaxing time in the hotel. The spa is in very good condition. Swimming pool big enough and deep for swimming. The saunas are in good condition. Coffee in the restaurant is amazing

Room service has always been excellent (my mother has visited the hotel at least 15 times and it's always been great). I am shocked by some of the negative reviews. Everything has always been extremely clean

We always purchase the inclusive package with breakfast and dinner and the food has always been excellent with a huge variety of both local and international cuisine

The massage and manicure services, though not inclusive, have been very good as well

Love everything about this place. We visited for the first time in 2022 and returned again this spring in 2023. For reference our party includes people from 8 years old to 75 years old

Adult only hotel for extreme relax and well-being. The food is way above anything we have tried in 5 star hotels. The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are a bit softer for our taste but still very good

Very good outdoor hot tubs, pools and sauna. The steam baths indoors were not warm enough to enjoy them plus they smelled badly. Although presented well, the main course food in the restaurant is completely tasteless

The hotel is small and very cozy. The spa is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant and staff are excellent. On Saturday night there was live music that turned our vacation into a celebration

The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area

The hotel itself is OK, but it is strange to be in a hotel that pretends to be 4* and the sheets on the bed and the towels to be changed once in a week.

Its amazing - the pool is the right temperature, the jacuzzi is amazing, the food here is delicious and the nature is breathtaking. Basically if you're looking for a place to stay - unikat has got you covered

The jacuzzi was great and laying near the swimming pool in a sunny afternoon was a nice experience. The breakfast is great, but on top on that's the restaurant was excellent for lunch. So cheap for such a great quality

Everything you could expect from 4 star hotel. The rooms are incredibly nice plus large balconies. The personnel is really polite and friendly. I was there on new year's eve and it was perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and some of the restaurant employees even switched to Spanish when they noticed my parents speaking it

The fitness and the jacuzzi were in the same room, the humidity where the swimming pool was is too high and the water wasn’t so clean, without a doubt the spa centre could be improved tremendously, after all it’s 4* hotel

We had the half board option - unfortunately we stayed midweek when the food options were a la carte from a very limited menu and the food was rather 'bland'

Pools are small and not overcrowded. Greek style outdoors - statues, chairs, colours. 20lv is the fee for using the pools when you are not a guest of 5he hotel

It is a nice and clean family hotel. During our stay it was realy overcrowded, despite Covid it looked and felt overbooked. The parking and spa are realy not ment for so many visitors

Nice hoster, nice area, great simple bulgarian brekfast at the dinar velow the rooms; i recommend the sweet toast with jam and cheese. The homemade wine is good as well

The room was hilarious- small wooden squeaky stairs, and short ceiling! I had to band over in order to use the toilet to pee, and i couldent seet properly on 2 of the beds
