It's perfect. The dinner is pretty good - great variety and tastes. It would be nice if there was an adults-only pool.

The hotel is very good overall with big and clean spa area, friendly staff, and delicious food with big variety and quality products. Still there are for sure several things to be improved: 1

high prices for kids electronic games and play stations, you are already booking a high price hotel, those things should be included or woth symbolic price. No drinks included in the dinner, not even water! 3

The indoor and outdoor pools are great and well maintained. The kids activities were well timed during breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious and the layout was perfect

A few things the hotel can improve but not something i will take stars for in my review: -the kids center should be more lively and have someone there more frequently

Plus open the windows for better ventilation -the construction upfront. It was not loud but was just surprised that if was going on

Overall great stay with amazing food and service. Super friendly staff, great location in the middle of a pine tree s park - 5mins walk from downtown. Amenities are good for a 5* hotel

The restaurant is also a good surprise for dinner and breakfast. Definitely a place I would recommend for those looking for more genuineness than "bling-bling"

We had a lovely stay at the 5-star hotel during Valentine's Day. While it may not be what one would typically expect from a 5-star hotel in other countries, it was still a great experience

One of the best and oldest spas in Velingrad. You are in an old style 5 star Hotel, but the genuine version. There is a lot of space inside and outside, beautiful park around and the city center is accessible by foot

Mid in general but the cleaning lady was so nice I love her 3rd floor it was the greatest part of the hotel. Interior was good, but our TV didn't work properly.

The service by some members of staff is not great, some were grumpy and rude to level that was comical, not sure if this was standard or just because we didn't speak Bulgarian🤷 Overall a nice hotel

l been here in Velingrad with my parents as a very small as a kid 5 years old and l like it a lot this city with the beauty around that has park's pools nature moutains with and ufcourse the beautiful and healing Hot Termal water

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Rich Velingrad. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch

Superb hotel, rooms and staff. The spa area amazing and clean. House keepers very quiet in the corridor. Comfy beds. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurants food very good. I recommend and will be back there very soon.

Favourite place around, everything is good but sometimes the consistency of the restaurant is not very good, we had tough stakes several times when dining. Otherwise everything else is 10 / 10

We had a very good relaxing time in the hotel. The spa is in very good condition. Swimming pool big enough and deep for swimming. The saunas are in good condition. Coffee in the restaurant is amazing

The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area

The hotel is small and very cozy. The spa is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant and staff are excellent. On Saturday night there was live music that turned our vacation into a celebration

Great hotel, good SPA. A few people. However, during our stay the outdoor pool was under renovation, but the inner pool, thermal Jacuzzi, steam room - all good)). By the way - a very good Breakfast. The rooms are cozy.

The jacuzzi was great and laying near the swimming pool in a sunny afternoon was a nice experience. The breakfast is great, but on top on that's the restaurant was excellent for lunch. So cheap for such a great quality

Everything you could expect from 4 star hotel. The rooms are incredibly nice plus large balconies. The personnel is really polite and friendly. I was there on new year's eve and it was perfect.

The fitness and the jacuzzi were in the same room, the humidity where the swimming pool was is too high and the water wasn’t so clean, without a doubt the spa centre could be improved tremendously, after all it’s 4* hotel

Located slightly away from the centre of the town in a quiet little street The hotel provides a range of bathing experiences which are included in the hotel prices and other massages and treatments which are extras

The half board is great, the food is delicious and the staff is smiling and friendly. One downside is they don't have bidet shower in the restrooms. Besides of that, the rooms are also cozy and comfortable

Rooms was cozy and comfortable with beautiful mountains views. warm and the best part was the small rounded pools in the forest, so peaceful and relaxing. The quietness of the hotels were just outstanding

Dessert was not the best for a 5star standard it was basic. Breakfast was again no chicken sausages

The mattress was on the soft side, which I personally dislike, but it's a matter of a personal preference. One think you should definitely experience are the small pools with hot mineral water in the forest
