Very good outdoor hot tubs, pools and sauna. The steam baths indoors were not warm enough to enjoy them plus they smelled badly. Although presented well, the main course food in the restaurant is completely tasteless

Mid in general but the cleaning lady was so nice I love her 3rd floor it was the greatest part of the hotel. Interior was good, but our TV didn't work properly.

My name is Donche and l would like to share a bit with the public about our experience with my wife for this beautiful named Rich Spa Hotel in Velingrad. I will start first with my experience back 30 years ago

Not a first visit and still keep quality. Rooms are very well equipped with kettle, coffe, tea, conditioner, cleansing milk, shoe sponge even shoe horn and slippers. Deffinatly prepared for every occasion

Buffet food was good, not the best ever but good for a buffet. Massage and therapy options are amazing. The therapist is very good and can provide numerous treatments. Relaxation massages are also very good

Very nice hotel and spa experience in Velingrad. Would say 4-star hotel, not quite 5star standards but very good. Two large pools and good hot tub and sauna options. Playroom for children, billiards and games

sadly 5* doesn't mean all that much. I'd rather say it's a very good 3* star hotel. I liked it and probably would return at some point. Breakfast is poor, but dinner is great and tasty

The outdoor swimming pool was excellent. The food was anything special and the same every day.

also the spa is no so good as before, the outdoor pool was warm only for 1 day, then they stopped the hot water in it and we couldn't go in, the jacuzzis were damaged and only 1 type of nozzle out of 4 worked, so yap, this is the last time we are coming here

It's located outside of Velingrad in a quite and peaceful area, surrounded by trees and mountains with a bus stop right in front of the hotel connecting it to the town! I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)

The hotel is small and very cozy. The spa is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant and staff are excellent. On Saturday night there was live music that turned our vacation into a celebration

Lovely clean and well kept hotel. The rooms are modern and specious with a fantastic balcony. The only downside for me was the temperature of the outdoor pool. It was too cold, impossible to use in October

The indoor pool was rather cold too, around 30C. The diner was mostly cooked meat and fresh salad, no choice or rise or potatoes dishes

Its amazing - the pool is the right temperature, the jacuzzi is amazing, the food here is delicious and the nature is breathtaking. Basically if you're looking for a place to stay - unikat has got you covered

The jacuzzi was great and laying near the swimming pool in a sunny afternoon was a nice experience. The breakfast is great, but on top on that's the restaurant was excellent for lunch. So cheap for such a great quality

Everything you could expect from 4 star hotel. The rooms are incredibly nice plus large balconies. The personnel is really polite and friendly. I was there on new year's eve and it was perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and some of the restaurant employees even switched to Spanish when they noticed my parents speaking it

The pool and spa area are not in best shape, the water doesn't look clean and inviting, the windows are covered with stains and the capacity of the spa doesn't correspond with the capacity of the hotel rooms

Conveniently located. Decent upower service. One drawback: in the pool, none of the long haired girls doesn't wear beanies,so you have to swim among their hair,which sometimes fall in whole lumps .

The location of the hotel is unique - on top of a hill overlooking a pine forest. The area around it is very nicely landscaped and decorated and the view to the town is fantastic. I visited the pool with my family

The jacuzzi near the pool looked really dirty and smelled like urine which completely disgusted me and I never went back anywhere near

I'm here right now The rooms have a big mini bar, the bed is comfortable, you can't go to the pool after 6 pm. This is bad. There's no air conditioning.
