Very good impressions! A quiet place for prevention, rehabilitation and relaxation. Kind, responsive, kind staff! Food, procedures, mineral water, everything at a level. We would love to visit again! Thank you to the entire team of BH "Velingrad"! Stay healthy!

The rooms are terribly small, those facing the Balkans. The procedures are very messy and you have to keep track of the hours every day, and when you have a bath and then other procedures, it's a lot of running.

That we were moved to a bigger and nicer room, because originally they gave me one that smelled bad.

I'm here right now The rooms have a big mini bar, the bed is comfortable, you can't go to the pool after 6 pm. This is bad. There's no air conditioning.

Great hotel. The staff is up to standard, very responsive and nice people. I recommend it to everyone. The spa is perfect, the tavern and the food are very good, the rooms are clean and the service is perfect. A real paradise.

Good place to relax and enjoy your time off. Usually crowded, but there is room for everyone. The one big disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in that facility. Nice place right in the mountains. Very good spa center. Big pool with mineral water, jacuzzi, sauna for free. Different massages and therapies for amazingly fear prices made by graduated therapists. F&B is in good level of service and fear price as well.

Amazing place for kids. Freakishly cheap prices on food and rooms. Staff is nice and helpful.

I was surprised about the infrastructure, physiotherapy was very good and my spouse and appreciate the pools and the views.

We went on our summer holiday in Aura hotel in Velingrad for a few days. It's a lovely hotel with one big pool and a few small ones all with mineral water. Food was delicious. We took opportunity of spa procedures and it was great. Highly recommended.

Looking nice, calm and clean. Pools are small and not overcrowded. Greek style outdoors - statues, chairs, colours. Staff was very busy but nice. 20lv is the fee for using the pools when you are not a guest of 5he hotel. Which is OK but should be adjusted depending on the time you want to use it. Restaurant had almost no visitors in the afternoon.

It is a nice and clean family hotel. During our stay it was realy overcrowded, despite Covid it looked and felt overbooked. The parking and spa are realy not ment for so many visitors. Probably if it was not so busy we would have liked it more.

Nice hoster, nice area, great simple bulgarian brekfast at the dinar velow the rooms; i recommend the sweet toast with jam and cheese. The homemade wine is good as well. A couple of days before we got to the guest house we 'upgraded' our room from 2 beds to 3 and a bigger room. The room was hilarious- small wooden squeaky stairs, and short ceiling! I had to band over in order to use the toilet to pee...

Love this place. Charming, old style, rustic and attractive. The courtyard is beautiful and there are kittens playing. The restaurant downstairs is affordable, healthy and delicious. The room has lots of wood and it has a good feeling. It's GREAT value for the price.

The service in the restaurant could be better, but overall not that bad. The hotel has aqua park for the kids and pools and spa area perfect for adults. Scenic view and great for chilling.

Perfect place to relax. Not too expensive and surprisingly quiet even with kids around. Nice view and clean water at the pools. You will definitely get served well at the bar and the restaurant. Very nice and sweet people. Mostly old couples and people who go there for the healing water. Easy to park and not too far from the center as well. Nice apartment in the hotel! The SPA is great with excellent massage service!

It is a decent hotel, not very luxurious but it is ok. The surrounding area is peaceful and many rooms have a mountain view. The renovated rooms (deluxe) are definitely a better choice than the standard ones. There is a spa center with sauna, steam bath and a few swimming pools, also 2 fitness rooms. Even though the hotel was fully booked the stay here was quite enjoyable.

I love it! The location is very good, peaceful and quite with amazing view. Rooms are big enough with king size bed and personally our terrace was HUGE. There is also a lovely spa with two pools and a great masseuse (I definitely recommend to try one of their massages). The restaurant was good the breakfast was fantastic really it was just awesome.
