A Spa hotel with a good location near the pedestrian area of the resort, surrounded by wonderful nature. It features natural mineral water and excellent Spa with large indoor pool. Spacious and cozy rooms decorated in light tones, the restaurant serves Bulgarian and international cuisine. An excellent option for elderly and families with children.

Location: in the town of Varshets, 90 km from the airport of Sofia, 100 metres from the resort centre.
Consists of one 6-storey building.
The hotel has 33 rooms.

Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for BGN 40 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for BGN 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for BGN 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Reviews
The rooms are not isolated at all, you can hear the other people going to toilet or taking a shower. There is 3cm space between the door and the floor, so you can hear everything happening outside the room and everyone can hear you.
The breakfast is nothing special, very poor choices. They even serve the pizza from yesterday for breakfast just in small peaces.
The AC system in our room was not working properly. It was making way too much noise. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough (and the equipment under the sink was quite visible and horrible)
The food at the restaurant was 50/50. Whoever got pork was happy, but the rest who got chicken - OMG. You could loose a tooth or two while eating.
The waitresses at the restaurant (who was extremely expensive and comparative price wise to TOP restaurants in Sofia) were nice, but Galya N. from the lobby bar should look for other career opportunities for sure.
The outside swimming pool wasn’t working which is a bit bizarre as it’s mineral water.. Normally it should be open elsewhere.
The SPA: Tiny hot tub, decent (rather cold) swimming pool, the steam room and saunas were good enough.
Guys, honestly this is not how you should do tourism in this country. The most important thing is to have happy customers who should come back, but in this case - none of us will.. and none of our friends, colleagues, peers will. Congrats to the management!
If another opportunity arrives I'll definitely go there again!
