No value for money. Dirty carpets, dirty couches, no hot water kettle, no heater system working (AC all the night no way). 64 euro for one night is WAY to much. This hotel should be 35/40€ max. Bathroom is smelly, cigarettes. WiFi not working properly in the floors.

It's a nice little, no frills hotel. Slightly off the beaten path, tucked in a safe residential neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Sofia's main train and bus stations are no more than 10 walking distance as the nearest metro stop.

Clean, comfortable, compac5 rooms, good aircon and five minutes walk from the bus station. Avoid McDonald's down the road and ahop at Lidl five minutes walk away.

What a weird place. I submitted a booking via their website for €45 a night for a single room; on arrival I was told it hadn't been confirmed and there were no single rooms left - no worries. I asked if they had doubles and they said yes - a double is €50 on their website. Another price is shown to me on a piece of paper (€55); I mentioned it's €50 on the website. The lady said it's €55 in the hotel (not sure why they have different rates). I said but it's €50 on your website. She says that's online. Okay, so I'll book online now then. She said that I could but it will not be confirmed as a booking (by her, presumably) and then stared at her screen for two minutes while I thought I was waiting. Turns out no, she was just ignoring me. Very strange indeed. I left and stayed at a much cheaper place (Green Cube Hostel) a few blocks away.

Love this little boutique hotel. Room was clean and with beautiful paintings. It is Close to metro station as well as bus and train stations. The lady at the reception Christina is very sweet and attentive. She got me boiled water the first night we arrived because tap water is not drinkable in Sofia. The hotel doesn’t provide bottled water in the room or a kettle. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

A five minute walk to Sofia central station, it offers everything you need. Clean rooms with modern bathroom, wi fi and really helpful staff at very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

I stay here everytime I'm in sofia it not expensive and the rooms are clean. It's near the bus and train station. Staff friendly.
