Reviews
Rooms:
I booked an apartment, which was quite nice with a living room and a separate bedroom. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was equipped with a coffee machine and water boiler. However, despite having a kitchen, the hotel didn’t provide any cooking utensils – no spoons, forks, knives, pots, or bowls were available. On a positive note, there were two smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was stable with a consistent speed of 100 Mbps for both uploads and downloads.
Restaurant:
Breakfast was okay but lacked variety, especially for a 5-star hotel. After a few days, it became repetitive as the same options were offered daily. Surprisingly, there was no option for an omelette. If breakfast hadn’t been included in the room rate, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it.
Spa:
When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities. Had I known, I likely would have chosen a different hotel. Also, note that you’ll need to bring your own swimming cap and slippers, or you’ll have to pay extra for them. For those interested, there’s a gym nearby where you can get a day pass for half the price of the hotel’s fee.
Hotel in General:
This hotel is perfect for art lovers, with paintings and sculptures displayed throughout. However, some areas feel dated and could benefit from renovation.
Location:
The location is convenient, as the hotel is close to the metro, which offers direct access from the airport. Additionally, all major attractions are within walking distance.
if you’re from any part of Northern Europe, this is not a 5-star hotel. It’s at its best a 3-star. It looks good at first glance, but then you find out nothing works.
Rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear EVERYTHING. So hard to sleep. Coffee machine and water kettle did not work, tv was old, hairdryer was at least 20 years old. Only soap, no other toiletries. Towers where old and harsh.
Breakfast was awful. Stood out for 4 hours, barely anyone came to eat in the 3 days i stayed.
Staff? What staff? They were never there, not even friendly or helpful. There was no service. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes after a man had tried to follow me home. I got no help, no one called the police. The kitchen and cleaning ladies also smoked inside the staff rooms, making the smell come out.
Also most of the guest are a bit shady, getting drunk and coming for the casino only. This is not family friendly.
