This hotel has a lot going for it. Large rooms, fantastic amenities, polite staff, and convenient location are just a few. The rooms are ornate and well appointed. The downstairs lobby is beautiful. Service by everyone on the grounds was quick and very professional. This was my first trip to Sofia and I will definitely stay here on my future visits.

A very well-located and comfortable hotel with a vaguely retro and kitschy style. BUT: the bar and room service stop at 11 PM! If you arrive late, not even a sandwich or soup is available, and the only drinks are from the minibar! The staff is grumpy and sulky (except for one night doorman and one housekeeper), making it impossible to get a smile from them. They act as if you are bothering them. Upon arrival, there was only one soap in the bathroom (there were two of us) and two hangers in the closet... If you expect 5-star treatment, forget it. For the price of the stay, breakfast should be included.

The hotel is just perfect. Starting with location - walking distance to every kind of bar, restaurant or grocery store, walking distance to many places of interest.
Professional and nice staff, very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was great also.
And as the top - complimentary birthday cake and wine.

The hotel is located at the right city center. Walking distance to most tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.

Had 3 nights here and upgraded to the terrace room with mountain view which was the best choice of the trip. Such a lovely view to fall asleep and wake up to. The service was fantastic and the toiletries were all The White Company (which my wife tells me is a good brand 🤷). Didn't eat in the restaurant but did use the spa which includes sauna, steam room and there's a gym too. Would stay here again.

Since we visited only the restaurant for a company celebration, I can only assess this and it was good. The food was well presented and delicious. The menu can be adjusted to one’s need and taste. The atmosphere was cosy and luxurious. The service was high level. The place is in the heart of the city and there are plenty of bars, discotheques etc. to visit nearby.

Despite its convenient location, this hotel desperately needs a significant renovation, giving off a vibe reminiscent of the mid-90s. During my stay, I discovered that the air-conditioning is switched off in winter, with the entire hotel in a heating regime. The furniture is in dire need of improvement, several lamps don't work, and to top it off, I found someone's forgotten underwear in the bathroom. Overall, a very disappointing and sad impression. Consider other accommodations for a more comfortable stay.

Rooms are really spacious, like 50 sqm spacious. Very clean and every day cleaning service. Staff is nice, some more than others. The location is central and near restaurants and shops. Breakfast is 19 eur which I think is quite expensive for what it offers.
