Lived here before affordable price for a clean room but found out later there are clubs on the lower floor so you gotta be careful if you’re in the lower floors. There are nice restaurants nearby.

Great location, staff, and reasonable prices. Others complained about noise. I really heard nothing. As an American, I would not hesitate to bring my family here. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for single fun.

Good for a quick stay, quiet, the bathroom is small, there is a door between my room and the next room, and I hear everything he has and he also has, no privacy, there are some places inside for entertainment, the visitors of the entertainment places are uncomfortable

I'm writing this review predominantly about the Premier Spa. I was disappointed with everything. Spa receptionist lied about how good their spa staff are! Expensive as hell! 35 BD for an hour of massage & turns out that the Thai "masseuse" is not even legit! I asked her thrice for a strapping massage but then didn't comply only to realize that she's not a genuine masseuse. Please don't even consider coming here, don't waste your money. There are tons of decent & affordable hotels in Juffair area. Rooms smells of cigarettes, not soundproof hallways, you can hear the loud music from the hotel clubs in your room, construction at 9 in the morning on a Saturday & a lot more. I will never go back!!

I always stay in this hotel and never thought I change it, however, the last stay was NOT pleasant at all. The disgusting receptionist the fat white Moroccan woman was very disrespectful, grouchy, angry, and not welcoming. She talks and behaves like she wants to start to fight with customers and she does it frequently. Honestly, she does not know how customer service works. I don't know how the hotel management allows hiring a person like that who has ZERO manners and professionalism.
Will never go back again and avoid it at all costs.
