Best Hotels in Ottawa

Great location, good room with very comfy beds. The corridor carpets are in need of replacing but they were in the process of dealing with this whilst we were there. Can't really fault it and a very nice hotel to stay in

My husband had told the receptionist that it was my birthday and they brought up a beautiful piece of cheesecake and champagne with a personalized card. The customer service was impeccable and we had a wonderful night

We had a wonderful experience at the Lord Elgin for our wedding and related block booking. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly kind and patient

We spent two nights at the Lord Elgin Hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and very good room darkening curtains. I was also pleased at how quiet the room was

With everything you need in walking distance, you really can't get much better than this! Lastly, the hotel restaurant was quite good, with efficient service. We highly recommend treating yourself to a stay here!

It was a fantastic room for us because it had a full and well-stocked kitchen (napkins, plates, cutlery, serving utensils), a living and dining space, and an additional bathroom, making it a great space for hosting family and friends

In special, the most wonderful person, Patricia, made our stay so much better! Because of Patricia, we decided that we will always come back to this hotel. If she change jobs, we will follow her wherever she works

Breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby was fantastic; very kind and attentive staff, fully bilingual and so kind. (an extra 18$ per person, well worth it!) The food was delicious and ample

I did the digital check-in with a mobile key, which gave me access to the parking. We had a late-night arrival and it all went perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable

Rooms - clean and new looking rooms, the color and quality of furnishings is very good. The rooms have a mini sink, mini fridge and a microwave. if you don't need a kitchen, then the rooms have everything you need

Trucks with roof racks might not fit, so best to check with staff. Some Hilton brands charge 25$ plus tax per day (24 hrs). Elevator will take you to reception and room levels directly from the parking

Wallpaper is bright and overall has got lot of space. They give toiletries in small bottles and fresh soaps Parking - they have underground parking, which is free (best for winter/bad weather)

All of the staff were kind and welcoming. The room we stayed in was excellent. It was so clean, I went looking for any form of mess and couldn’t find any

Overall - Great place to stay and for the cost and free parking, this is definitely good value

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Ottawa that is very dog friendly! No issues with check in. Room was large, clean, and very modern. They had a dog bed and bowls ready in our room as well

Room is nice, clean and relatively spacious. The view wasn’t good, but l didn’t care. I did enjoy the free pool table near the bar in the lobby.

Both beds were comfortable and the room was nice clean and the staff were amazing

Location is fantastic and overall my stay was pleasant, however much work is needed on transactions/charges and there was one particular staff who everyday was not a good day, I would suggest not putting her in the coffee shop her communication skills and attitude were poor

It is announced as pet friendly and it is really pet friendly, our dog was welcome with a blanket, a cushion and bowls already there in the room. The bar area is comfy and the staff is really helpful Warmly recommend

We got sent here by Air Canada due to an unexpected overnight layover. It was very nice! The room was very clean and modern, and the staff were very kind! They also have a great bar with many drink options!

We had a full block of rooms here for our wedding in the area and we were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. There are so many options for food, shopping, and entertainment in the area as well

The service was great and the restaurant was unbelievable! We ordered room service for dinner on new years eve and there was less than a 20min wait and the food was spectacular and hot! Best hotel stay ever!

Wonderful staff, and nice amenities. Only wish it had cheaper breakfast options for adults, but at least kids eat free. Grafittis was an excellent place to eat, the staff were awesome. My little one loved the cooks

Graffiti’s Italian Eatery led by chief Steven at the Holiday Inn catered our wedding dinner, everything was perfect. The staff made all the effort to creat a comfortable atmosphere during the event and the stay

Extremely modern accommodations, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and even a barbecue available for use! The pool has a wheelchair lift, and there is on site laundry! The staff was extremely accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Way to go Kanata

Comfortable room in a newer hotel. Services and transit within walking distance at Kanata Centrum. Consistently busy so make sure you have a reservation. Hockey teams on weekends can be noisy in the halls

Perfect place for a quick getaway to relax. You can enjoy the pool or hit the exercise room, great little breakfast in the morning. Staff are great. Rooms are clean and fresh

Stayed here for two weeks for work. The rooms were tidy, clean and well equipped for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great as it's close to the highway, shopping and business area.
