My family stayed during Christmas season last December 2021. Need I say more about the hotel staff's efficiency? I checked-in around 9 AM on December 26, 2021

The Marriott is an older property with a contemporary lobby. It was very popular with conferences and at least one youth sports team at the time of our visit

Just stayed this past weekend, Rooms a bit dated but corner room with river view was amazing. Customer service was top notch. they never emailed me my receipt! Been waiting 2 days now

It was very difficult to get sleep, which was a shame because the hotel was amazingly quiet for all the bustling activities going on! Other than that, a room contained a sofa bed and armchair, a mini fridge, a bathrobe, and excellent shower

Being an older property, the room could have used a renovation and likely will in the next few years. The room also had a ridiculous amount of light fixtures which was a great thing! I would stay again :-)

Good location and service was pretty good and helpful. Hotel is very dated, especially in the rooms which felt like they hadn’t been updated in at least 30 years…. felt like I was in a Seniors building

Aside from all that the hotel rooms are gorgeous, and conveniently connected to the Rideau Centre for shopping and anything else you need

One of my best experience in at hotel. The service was outstanding. The rooms are big and clean. The front desk was so helpful. I came for a conference and all the service were excellent.

Caleb at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal at his job. He upgraded us and met our needs and expectations. His customer service is top notch and our stay at the Westin has been spectacular

The TV in the room has a personalized greeting, and the shower stall is roomy My only beef is the elevators make you select your room number before you enter them, which seems strange to me

Five star experience. The service was fantastic. The food at our convention events was amazing. The location can't be beat. I had a magical stay. Just get the elevators fixed! Thank you!

Location is perfect if you'd like to explore the central area of Ottawa as it is all within walking distance. Bellmen were fantastic and retrieved vehicle from valet parking quickly

We stayed at the Lord Elgin Hotel the night before our wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, just what we needed before the big day

The valet service was quick and efficient, though it’s good to know there is a $44 charge per night. Overall, everything felt smooth and well taken care of, and we’re glad we chose to stay there for such a special moment

We spent two nights at the Lord Elgin Hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and very good room darkening curtains. I was also pleased at how quiet the room was

Celebrating my husband's birthday in the capital city this weekend and so thankful we chose to stay at the Delta Ottawa City Centre. This is our 3rd time staying here and we've never been disappointed

The team even went above and beyond and left us a surprise in our room to wish my husband a happy birthday - they knew it was our first child-free weekend away in 5 years and wanted to make it extra special

We initially had to switch rooms because the ventilation system was so loud in the first room. Paying for parking is annoying, but we left the car for our whole stay and just walked everywhere

They listened to us and even recommended a few nice places to eat nearby. The room was a little small, but it's to be expected for an old building. It was comfortable, cozy and clean

The location is also phenomenal, easy walking distance to the Byward Market, CF Rideau Centre, the Canadian Mint, plus the National Art Gallery. They’re also a pet friendly establishment 🥰

Amazing location. The area is right beside the Rideau Centre Mall with the Ottawa Arts Gallery across the street. Byward Market is mere steps away and the locks and Parliament easily walked to.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with very generous dispensers for everything you need in the bathrooms, plus a large TV screen & fridge

Service is fantastic, the staff are always very responsive, be it via phone or in-person

I’ve stayed here multiple times, it’s one of the best hotels in Ottawa

A continuous connection throughout the stay without renewal is preferred

The bar lounge is being renovated so it was a bit hectic and loud in the lobby, and bar service was a little bit slower than normal. The staff are very helpful though and I enjoy staying here

Had a important business meeting Thursday morning, so we decided to drive up to Ottawa Wednesday. We checked in at front desk the lady working was friendly and very professional

Even though I was dressed like a homeless person lol my suite was in my luggage. We grabed our bags and our truck was taken by valet. Pros:Room was spacious and newly renovated

I travel to Ottawa quite a bit for work and I always stay at the Sheraton. This hotel seems to have the comfiest beds and the service is always excellent

Breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection of options. Room was clean and prepared nicely. Parking garage was under construction but the valet service was still available; great service by the valets

A udury was always there to greet us when we came downstairs and was consistently ready to help—I’m not sure when he even found time to sleep during our three-day stay! Evan also stepped in when we had a small issue in our room while room service was unavailable, and his assistance was greatly appreciated

Went here on a whim for wife birthday. We both loved it right from the time we checked in. The vibe of the place is very well thought out. The colour's and perfectly seleted furniture and smells draw you in right away

Clean rooms, friendly service and good value! Lots of parking underground and out back however pickups and most suv’s will not fit underground due to extremely low ceilings! My rating would be a 5 if they either provided a free parking spot or a continental breakfast

Everything is within walking distance. Suites are nice so you don't have to eat out all the time. Parking nearby is also great as city Hall has over 700 spots underground and is within 2 minutes walk

This is the perfect place to stay with kids. The hotel is located in walking distance (for a 5 year old) to the canal and parliament buildings. The museum of Natural History is a 5 minute drive

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Restaurant doesn't have the best food in my opinion but there are lots of restaurants nearby on Elgin st. Very convenient to get to the downtown area

Very quiet, excellent location, good price for a full suite with kitchenette. Coopers Grill was open late and the food and beer just right. I'd go back anytime.

Just around the corner is a good selection of restaurants and little shops. Only thing that could be improved is the number of dishes in the kitchen

There was a mixup cleaning our room but when we mentioned it to the front desk they rectified the situation quickly. The room wifi was very slow when we first arrived. We didn’t and found it was fine the rest of our stay

I did not mention to the front desk, I'm sure they would have tried to address it the best they could but we were only there for one night and that was fine

They are clean and comfortable but do not stand out like the rest of the hotel design. Easy walking distance to Parliament and all the downtown attractions

The fan speeds, had low, medium and high but it was either off or on full blast and it was somewhat noisy and irritating blowing on us as we were sleeping

Also in the morning it didn't seem to get cold but if we opened the door to the hallway, the hallway temperature was about 15° colder than the room

The design alone makes this place worth returning. I would not hesitate to stay here again

In addition, the last two times I stayed here, getting a taxi in the morning seems to take a VERY long time, even when I ask in advance. Something to keep in mind if you need to depart early

Stayed here a few times during work related travel. Always very clean rooms and common spaces. Breakfast is a nice addition as well

It doesn't stop there, the lobby area was seasonally decorated with a real Christmas tree and beautiful flowers. The breakfast room was inviting, clean and offered many food choices (hot and cold) as always

Just got back home from another business trip to downtown Ottawa (December 10 -13, 2019)

As always, I stayed at the Best Western Downtown Suites and as always this hotel never fails to deliver! A clean, modern and well decorated room, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette including a great coffee machine with plenty of K-cups and teas supplied along side

The staff were also extremely friendly, and considerate and helpful in telling us the "it" spots as we were a family of three with our 7 year old! Great location, Great Hotel, we will be back!!!!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, my first in Ottawa. Very nice room with a full kitchen, couch, desk with a desktop computer, bathroom with a wonderful bathtub and all amenities one may need

My wife and I stayed at the Business Inn & Suites for a few days in September. We have only positive things to say about this hotel. The suite was spacious, clean and well supplied. The bed was very very comfortable

The room was spotless, perfectly clean and organized. Plenty of extra fresh towels, linen, pillows, the works. I was on the third floor, with a beautiful view of Minto park, which was covered in snow

Prices are quite reasonable too, and the food menu, very diverse. This is a well located spot, near all major downtown shops, museums and other places of interest. Having breakfast included was convenient

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Ottawa hotel and was impressed by its convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the heart of Ottawa, close to many popular attractions and restaurants

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay

Overall, I had a great experience at the Courtyard Marriott Ottawa and would definitely recommend it to others

My next complaint is for Marriott as a whole, they advertise "High Speed Internet" and according to the FCC this is speeds over 25mbps, this is a constant issue at all Marriott's in getting you to pay more for their higher speed internet

The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. There was constant background music audible in our room, 24/7. When asking the front desk, they sent someone to investigate, but nothing changed

The room was very clean, and very modern (I would suggest that it has very recently been refurbished, as has most of the rest of the hotel, except the pool area)

Excellent stay, right from the beginning. We have a small cat that we brought with us and they were very accommodating for him and charged a much smaller pet fee then other hotels were quoting

The staff were also extremely pleasant, we forgot something behind and they not only found it but shipped it back to our home the very same day. An experience that will not be forgotten

It is not super upscale, but very comfortable. It is a fantastic location, in downtown Ottawa. There are a variety of rooms from the simple, to jr. suits to full up suites that are like small one bedroom apartments

Prices vary with the room but also the season, and so it can range from a steal to overpriced. Staff are friendly, there is a restaurant with a solid breakfast menu, and a pub-like dinner menu (Try the meatloaf)

We had a wonderful stay! Our room had a musty smell when we first arrived and the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but the spa area was lovely! The location was amazing to! Loved how it's not in a busy area.

It was a cute little hotel with a beautiful spa (sauna inside and large hotubs outside) with lots of seating. An empty fridge for you to bring your own snacks. Great location and only 20 min drive to the airport

The rooms were up to date with comfy beds. There’s a number of styles of rooms so just don’t look at the pictures, read the room type you’re looking for and you’ll be fine. It is only a 10-15 min walk from everything

And for the rooms there was no complaints with the cleanliness and style especially considering its price being under 500$ for my 3 day stay
