We spent our first honeymoon there and wanted to return to return for our second. Service excellent and treatment was amazing. We were treated as we mean something to the business. The young lady at the desk, whose name I can not remember (sorry) really made me feel welcome and special, A BIG THANK-YOU. Sarah you are wonderful, A BIG THANK-YOU. We could not have been happier and the room was perfect.

Stayed for 2 nights and definitely enjoyed our stay!
Stayed in the urban king size room.
Updated, clean, & professional.

This hotel was AMAZING. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-thought. Breakfast, despite charging a fee, was extremely delicious. Staff at the front desk were polite, helpful, and friendly. Laundry facilities were great as well.

Was attending a concert at the Centre Videotron. Was within a 5 min drive from the venue. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.
Breakfast was free and had a decent selection! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very affordable and clean.

Hotel Normandin is a great hotel. The room was nice and clean. It did not look old fashion or out-dated like some of the other hotels we stayed at. The breakfast was acceptable, even though I think a hot egg or omelet would have been better, but overall it was ok. The price was also acceptable for the quality of the room and the hotel. Parking is also free. I recommend this hotel to travelers.

The room was poorly sound-insulated. My family and I were awakened at 6:30 a.m by a client in the next room taking shower and using hair dryer.
Breakfast was breads, boiled eggs and mixed fruit salad. The fruit salad was probably several days old and the melons were weird and no longer edible. Management needs to check their foods.
Check-out was very unpleasant. After paying for my hotel stay, I asked the front desk clerk to change CAD 50 so I can use for taxi and tips. Her co-worker came and flatly refused. She said hotel cannot change money for clients. Not even for CAD 50!
I have travelled extensively to 35 countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Never have I encountered such rudeness and attitude.

The only issue we encountered (other than no takeout after midnight! Not your fault!!) Was a bit of a wonky fridge that froze our carrots. Mentioned to staff at c/o. It's an incredible spot at a brilliant rate. We will return.
