Updated room since our last visit before the pandemic. Good buffet breakfast included with gold or diamond members. No lounge but complimentary drink each day from the bar. Parking charge a tad high. Good service at check in and breakfast.

What a comfortable stay. We stayed in their suite and were able to enjoy the skyline from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and we had a lot of space to move around between the living room and bedroom. Sweet!! The staff are friendly and made our day. We arrived late and were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge before we hit the hay. Highly recommend.

If you want really attentive and friendly staff this is the best hotel. Westjet paid for my room due to my 1st flight arriving late. In the past I have been in the same situation and it was a completely different experience. This time my dog and I were treated with such respect and courtesy. It made a less than ideal situation rather pleasant. Thanks to all the staff for being so wonderful and caring.
The room was REALLY nice. They even put me in a room with a large patio area with grass for my little dogs use. Very handy first thing in the morning. Very comfortable bed and everything you need was stocked and in the room.
Very clean and comfortable. (I'd say cozy but that makes it sound small. It was anything but small). Very spacious.

The service at the Hilton Vancouver Airport was exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and I was able to store my frozen Castella. The location is close to the airport without the flight path noise and close to good Asian eats and a shopping mall. The room we booked was clean and the bed was perfect for restful sleep. Our room had a balcony right below the Hilton sign. We would stay here again!
