Try for a loft room!

Before i begin my review, i would like to make note that due to the unfortunate circumstances i am still rating this establishment 3 stars simply for the professionalism and efficient way they handled the situation. If not i would rate this hotel 0 stars.
I had booked 2 nights in the loft suite with kitchenette. It was a very nice suite with a king size bed upstairs and a beautiful full kitchen. The space was comfortable. As my partner and i began to wind down for the night while in the bathroom a mouse ran into the bathroom startled by my partner who stomped his foot to scare him away the mouse ran back out of the bathroom and disappeared somewhere in the suite.
Being seasoned travelers never have either one of us ever encountered such a situation. In shock from what he had encountered he quickly called down to the front desk. Frustrated that there was no answer he decided to go down to the front desk.
He was informed that there was no Manager on duty until 7 am and it would be at that time he could discuss a resolve to this problem. My partner expressed his frustration and wanted for us to be moved to another room until we could talk to a manager.
The hotel was fully booked and the only room they had left was a single room with a queen size bed. Far from the comforts of the suite we were in.
As morning broke my partner went to the front desk and was met with the manager of the hotel and to his surprise he had already been informed of the ordeal and was fully prepared to offer a solution to the issue.
While the entire incident was frustrating and unacceptable to say the least, the customer service we received is the reason we have not put the hotel chain on blast.
Their professionalism and quick action to accommodate their guest was definitely appreciated. Hopefully they clear up this problem before it becomes a bigger problem.

This is a very convenient location especially if you have a car. They also have an airport shuttle and they will reimburse taxi fare if you arrive late. It was surprisingly quiet, well kept and clean. My room had a really nice kitchen in it which would be great for longer stays. The pool was decent and the hot tub was hot! The hotel has a Moxies on site and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal at Moxie's, which is also one of the better restaurants for vegetarians or vegans. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and they supply an excellent coffee which would only be better if you could request a real creamer from the front desk. This is actually my second time in this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very economical in comparison to other airport hotels in the area. Clean. Quiet. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. I would have given 5 stars but the airport shuttle service is an issue. It does NOT operate between noon and 5:00 p.m. when the majority of flights would arrive at Vancouver International Airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost you an additional $20.00 so when booking here add that to your bill!

I had a great stay! I was nervous after reading many negative reviews, but I found it really satisfactory. The front desk staff were very friendly, the shuttle was fast and on time, the gym was small but useful, the pool and hot tub were great, and having Moxie’s attached to the building was super handy on a typical rainy Vancouver evening. The room was also very clean and quiet. I’d stay here again. :)

Everything about this latest experience was exceptional and I thank General Manager Catherine Lee and her team for providing it.
In particular, I had made a few suggestions to Ms. Lee on a prior visit and she was kind enough to recognize my positive contribution and she actually invoked these ideas. Moreover, she was very quick to respond and engage with me over my concerns.
I also noted that the staff were very friendly and helpful and much of the hotel has been recently totally renovated and it is beautiful!
One feature I really like is that Moxie's Restaurant is attached to the hotel and offers dine-in and take-out food options.
Finally, the proximity to the airport and other attractions is very appealing. Whether you want to go to a shopping mall, Costco, the casino or just get a coffee at Tim's, it is all right there.

Condom rapper on the floor next to the bed. Took 20 minutes to checking since central booking did not push the already paid and confirmed booking to the hotel in Vancouver. And the bar waitresses were having a break it look like. Took 15 minutes to have one coming to our table and ask what we would like.

This is the worst Sandman I've ever stayed at. I arrived at 130am to listen to engines raving, people in and out of the elevators at all hours of the night. It is unbelievable how loud this hotel is. Worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

Older but remodeled and great. Smaller than many but excellent service and parking. I like the atmosphere and service better than signature sandman around corner. Take pets, nice pool and exercise room. Moxies ok but lots of other restaurants near by. Nice pub attached to movies.

Close to airport. Regular shuttles. Decent rooms. Moxie's restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff. Slightly dated decor.
