I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. Although I only stayed one night, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. From the front desk, to the bar, the shuttle drivers and the restaurant everyone was amazing! Very close to the airport with a shuttle. Room includes toiletries. Perfect for a quick stay between flights.

Biggest complaint is parking is limited unless you park off-site, which is challenging with a lot of bags. One elevator broken, so only one left working, lines for elevator were long. Tried to take the stairs to find out once getting to the 7th and 8th floor the fore exits are locked. Super unsafe as we got trapped in the stairs and had to call front desk. Property is not very clean and feels dingy.

This is not a 4 star hotel. I am incredibly disappointed with the state of this hotel. First room we received was filthy and there were multiple black hairs on the “fresh” bedding. We called down to change rooms and were serviced quite quickly but then put in a room while cleaner the bedding had multiple stains and right on the tracks. I completely understand its location makes this ideal for getting to an early flight but my lack of sleep just based on the sheer disinformation of the photos online is disappointing. I will be sure to read more of the reviews next time but was making a quick decision but would like to share my experience.

I am sleeping in the bed of the hotel now. I am grossed out by how dirty it is. The cleanness for the hotel is concerning. The unknown brown stain on the carpet remains me the kids vomiting. I was shocked to see the hair (not the hair from the head) on the tub when I first time walked in the bathroom just right after checking in. The corner on the bathroom counter was left a long black hair as well. I guess the hotel wants me to know the previous customer just checked out. The carpet behind the night stand has not been vacuumed for years with full of dust and some snacks from unknown resource. I understand that the hotel can be old but at least to keep the visible spots clean is crucial and basic. I really don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

We enjoyed staying here except for the treatment of the restaurant. We went for dinner and we’re treated as though we weren’t good enough to be here. The table next to us was given a “full” menu and we were given a piece of paper for a menu that was very limited on what it contained. We walked out and spoke with a very helpful lady at the counter that gave us a menu to a local pizza place that was very good. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. We would stay here again, but eat elsewhere.

This property is right along the skytrain making it super convenient when flying in and out of the Vancouver Airport. We were able to access a Secret Deal for this hotel via Booking.com which was a great bonus.

room is standard but well equipped.
water is good pressure.
heat takes a while to heat up from 19 when we got in the room to 23. somewhere between 3 to 4 hours before it hit the comfortable temperature in winter.
service is good.

Clean, quiet, easy check in. There was no staff at the desk when we left (it was 3am) so we put our room keys on the desk, no problem.
Close to the airport and SkyTrain.
The shuttle service to the airport was great! Our driver was so friendly and helped us load/unload all of our luggage (we had 6 suitcases for our flight to Tokyo).
Would stay again.

I have stayed here previously and the experience was good. However this time August of this year, I had the worst experience I have ever had at a midrange hotel, I was so angry that until now I finally mustered up the calmness to explain. My room smelled funny, had stains all over the couch, chair, and ottoman. Mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower curtain had pink stains and smelled of ammonia, I even found hair on the bedsheets and toilet. Even worse, I found chicken bones along the hallway corridors and coffee stains all over my rooms entrance. What a disgusting welcoming. I have photos to prove this. How hard is it to have staff to walk along the hallways and pick up the bits/pieces or use a handheld carpet spot cleaner. The only good thing was that they sent someone immediately to clean the hair on the toilet and bed sheets. When I checked out to explain my experience, I didn't even get a simple apology. I will never come back to this place.
