Cleanliness: Especially clean and tidy.
Environment: The environment is quite good; we got a room with a view of the street outside.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and gave us various directions.
and the second day the hotel's electricity was broken for whole night, after I complained with the manager of the hotel, she agreed to give me 50% discount.
The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables.
Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at "Richmond Centre" which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.
