Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton St. John's Airport

Not recommended!! Booked for a 3 night stay over the phone directly with Hilton. Arrived to check in front desk said there will be an additional 15% on top of what was already quoted. Requested room service for the 3 night stay and got nothing!! The breakfast included was terrible like something out of a garbage can. Hotel states 100% customer gaurentee absolutely NOT!! Hotel is not very clean for a Hilton chain, holes in the ceilings the hallways were filthy. Cost just over a thousand dollars for the worst 3 night stay I've ever spent in any hotel that I had ever stayed in. I am not exaggerating on my review. I will never stay or even consider this hotel ever again.
Management was not helpful and very incompetent.

I was pretty happy with this hotel until I received the bill. I was quoted a price for 2 nights and was billed a higher rate the second night. I was told to contact Aimen. I contacted Aimen through email and got a response immediately that it would be looked into and I would be contacted. I have emailed several times with no response. Very poor customer service when it comes to follow through. I am really disappointed Aimen could not take the time to let me know the outcome!

Fine for a budget stay near the airport. Rooms are dated but at least have good A/C. No fan in the bathroom. A/C in the general areas of the hotel wasn't working until the last of the 4 days. Coffee is available in the lobby at all hours. Service at the front desk was mixed. Their payment system was having issues and the initial hold placed on the credit card was for the wrong amount on the first day. Because of this we got temporarily locked out of our room on the 3rd day and had to go back to the front desk to get another hold on the credit card. Walking distance to Tim Hortons, groceries, and Walmart.
