No exhaust in the washroom, need to call to complete the expected amenities such as slippers, etc. and the room that I got has no view. The pool was not warm enough so we and the other guests who swimming in there didn’t enjoy it much.

The breakfast was average and the room was very big. The location was not very convenient if you don't have a car. There is a convenience store in the lobby, and you can buy pre-made lunch boxes and heat them up for dinner. The driver who sent me to the airport had a very good service attitude.

The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, clean and sanitary. The service staff is enthusiastic. This hotel is a good choice for traveling to St. John's. Here we went to Cape Spear to watch the sunrise. It was an unforgettable trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

This was a great place to stay for a few nights while we toured around St John's. The bed was comfy, room was clean, desk staff were excellent! We loved the breakfast buffet. It was handy to the airport. We even had a decent view from our room.

Not recommended!! Booked for a 3 night stay over the phone directly with Hilton. Arrived to check in front desk said there will be an additional 15% on top of what was already quoted. Requested room service for the 3 night stay and got nothing!! The breakfast included was terrible like something out of a garbage can. Hotel states 100% customer gaurentee absolutely NOT!! Hotel is not very clean for a Hilton chain, holes in the ceilings the hallways were filthy. Cost just over a thousand dollars for the worst 3 night stay I've ever spent in any hotel that I had ever stayed in. I am not exaggerating on my review. I will never stay or even consider this hotel ever again.

We needed a room last minute during a busy weekend. The staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Recommend for couples families or groups.
