4.5/5 stars really. Great location close to George St. Service good except for some housekeeping misses (didn't replenish hand towels, soaps). Bathroom sink had very poor drainage. Breakfast that was included in price was very good as were the waitresses and waiters. Wonderful lemon water at the front to fill water bottles and staff always at the front doors letting you in and out. Can avoid the $15 valet parking by finding parking along the street. Between 8qm-6pm it's 4 hour free parking and outside that time it's free. Room rate was a bit high.

We went to Newfoundland for the first time and we had the privilege of staying at this place which is amazing at their service. The staff like Jennifer, shay, Stephanie, Justin, Dave all were amazing at their service. As soon as you enter the hotel they greet you and welcome you. The stay was very comfortable and with these people around it was way more special. Location is amazing so close to George street and water street.

First off, I have to talk about the decor as soon as you enter...... absolutely incredible! It's a beautiful hotel with a musical theme. The artwork is incredible! A local artist painted some of the artwork, and it is stunning. The mural behind the front desk is amazing. They even have a coffee table in the form of a giant cassette tape.
Next, the service. Available valet parking as you pull up with smiling, friendly staff. All of the staff we have met have been approachable, helpful, and friendly!
The room we are staying in is comfortable and nicely decorated, again with photos of music icons. The atmosphere is energetic, yet relaxing at the same time.
This is a hotel I will be staying at again in the future. Steele Hotels have really captured the vibe of music at the JAG hotel.

JAG hotel is very unique featuring popular band art adorning all the walls, restaurants and guests rooms of the private owned hotel. The hotel features valet parking as limited parking available. On site restaurant and bar is great on comfort and menu choices. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. High marks for this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place and price, staff were very friendly, bar and restaurant nice. Music rock and roll theme "Rocks' new extension also sounds awesome, walking distance to MB center and downtown and George Street makes it awesome. Valet parking a little extra but worth it.

Its a wonderful hotel and has a really cool theme to it. I definitely did not know it had no parking on site, should of read closer. They have valet parking which is very nice.
