This is no joke!
Apparently the keyless entry run out of battery, and to replace the battery they need the door open, but they can’t open the door because it has no battery.
1 elevator is broken, and the other besides being the slowest ever, it closes the door within 20 seconds of someone entering, so in one day I saw people separated from kids beca it closed and took off.
To go down and back up at 8 pm, it takes half hour.
The good news is, there’s plenty of parking spaces, and the rooms are nice and new.
* Update, the service man opened our door with a crow bar and we finning got our bags and cat
