Good location and facilities. It’s really nice and valuable

The breakfast is really good! Also good options if you are lactose intolerant or can’t eat gluten. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good. It would be nice to have more hooks or bars in the bathroom to hang towels and bathrobes.

Had a great stay at the Movenpick hotel. It’s so convenient (only few mins walk from the train station). The staff are helpful and also willing to answer our enquries. I will definitely recommend it to friends and families who will travel to Basel!

Very close to the convention center. Convenient for travel, the old hotel is trustworthy. Recommended for business travel. Because of the surrounding exhibitions, you can book a little earlier. The price will be more suitable.

Check in was quick and we were given the Basel card for free tram use. It was so convenient and easy to move around. There were food places near the hotel including supermarket.

We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!

Very good, I have stayed here many times recently, the breakfast is delicious, except for the noisy tour groups, there are no other shortcomings. The room is not big, but it is cleaned every day, very good!

Clean and simple city hotel. Nearby to tram, and have basement parking lots. Worth staying for a night to transit from Zurich Airport to Montreux to Zermatt.

Clean and neat. All you would expect for Radisson Blu. Location wise not the best - if you are coming over from Basel SBB it takes quite a walk from there, difficult if you are with big luggage.

Great hotel and position! The only downside was the bathroom did emit a smell. It wasn't overpowering, just not pleasant. It's okay when the bathroom door is shut but still there when you open it. It didn't bother me a lot but it may be something others find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable.

The room is OK, of suitable size, clean and safe, with air conditioning. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. It is very close to the airport, and you can order a free airport drop-off service. It is also not far from Basel SBB, and the bus goes directly there. If you forget to bring a toothbrush, you can go to the front desk to get one for free.

This was a great hotel well located near the station with a good room and quiet. The hotel and staff were both great and we had a pretty average but fine dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was fairly standard fare but it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Basel is a lovely place to visit

Hotel staff gave a free upgrade. Best part is the location right outside the train station, and next to connecting trams. Convenience is above and beyond. Decently clean which made it a pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station and a public transport hub, making it very convenient to get anywhere. They also provide free transport passes, and bus route 50, which stops right outside, goes directly to the airport for free. The hotel also offers complimentary disposable slippers.

This has been one of the best stays in Switzerland! The reception staff were at their best in customer service! Kudos to them! The breakfast had a good spread and it is always good to see a smiling face in any country we visit and it starts from where we have chosen to stay. Keep up the good work!

A simple but clean hotel. However, it lacks amenities like a kettle, slippers, and a safe. Breakfast was quite meager. It's located quite a distance from the city center and train station, but on the upside, it's very affordable.

The hotel is located right next to the SBB station, making transportation within and outside Basel very convenient. There's a large supermarket right next door and in the station's basement. This hotel in Basel exceeded my expectations; there are many tram stops nearby. The receptionists were very welcoming and chatty. The facilities are modern, with air conditioning, and the breakfast was excellent. It's over a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, so taking a taxi in the evening is probably the best option. I felt the rooms facing the street were better than those in the inner courtyard.

We enjoyed our stay with two small kids. Hotel has connected rooms which was great. All our small problems were solved by the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is nice. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable.

Clean, dog friendly, and excellent location by the Rhein. Maintenance is poor. The hotel is on floor 5 and 6 with three lifts. One is permanently out of order, another failed, and was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With so many rooms, one small lift is inadequate.

Wow so surprised by the hotel. It was just for one night during our road trip but I actually want to stay longer 🫣 very spacious large room (3 people), amazing view, great service, clean.

We stayed only one night but it felt as an eternity. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The first room that we were assigned was really nice, big, smelled really good and clean but while I was in the shower the water stopped working because of a malfunction and I couldn’t even wash away the soap. We had to change to another room at night. This second room was ok but it smelled really bad...

First stay at the Pullman Basel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Basel again. We travelled for the Basel Tattoo and the hotel is excellently positioned for this venue as well as nearby restaurants and shops.  Only a 20 minute walk to the old town as well.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really charming, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Rooms really well appointed with great shower and comfy beds. It is also very centrally located, you can walk everywhere in less than 15 minutes. We were very happy at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Basel - you won't be disappointed! We were sorry to leave!

Wonderful tucked away gem in the heart of Basel. Nice thoughtful touches in a a lot of areas. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor are draws in themselves rather than just add-ons to the hotel.

I stayed here for the second time. Bc, Its very clean and tidy. People are nice and helpful. The location is perfect only 19 minute from airport by bus number 50. The bus is free bu Basel card. Randomly booked, but what a hidden gem of a hotel! It was just a transit stay, and I arrived after 9 PM, but it's super close to the train station, about a 2-minute walk. One big bed and three little ones (still big enough for an adult to sleep there just in case). Near the entrance, there is a safe, if you have something to secure. An absolutely amazing hotel!! I play cricket in Switzerland and whenever I go up to Basel for a tournament we always stay at the Stücki. Very clean and quite rooms, and a pretty good buffet breakfast. I can’t wait until my next stay!!

I was staying with my son at Metropole Hotel and our room was on top floor next to the panoramic restaurant. Nice, no frills place to stay on a budget. The staff were nice and very helpful and there's a self-service check in if arriving out of hours. The area didn't feel the most safe, although we didn't have any safety issues.

We arrived at this hotel in Basel Switzerland and had no prior booking. The automatic sign in is so simple to use this idea is the future for hotels. You follow the instructions with reservation or without reservation. Only 114 Chf per night. A room with separate shower an bathroom refrigerator. The hotel is close to city centre. Aldi around the corner. Will recommend to anyone.

The Ibis Budget Basel is located about 800 meters from the station but close to tram lines 10 & 11. So it's a simple journey to the hotel. The staff were helpful, offering ideas, advising us on the Basel Card (free public transport and discounts on museum entry), providing us with an umbrella for the rain. Good location of the hotel. I could walk to the city center of Basel. This hotel is near to the tram station and has good transportation. This hotel is quiet and surrounded by nature. Check in, stay, breakfast, and check out were all so smooth. Our room was very comfortable for a family of four and the amenities were just right. The garden just outside the hotel is amazing and lovely to walk through as well.
