We chose this hotel mainly because its close to Larnaca Marina and within walking distance of the Queen Zenobia dive boat. The biggest advantage is the location of the Hotel. Close to the center.

Lovely clean hotel and was cleaned daily by the lovely house keeping staff. The room was spacious and modern with a TV and a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and bigger than a double so I was happy. It was clean and the balcony was just the right size to sit and people watch whilst drinking a nice cup of coffee which is also supplied by the hotel. I didn’t buy breakfast as there were plenty of eateries...

Last minute trip to larnaca before pathos. Great place with a kitchenette. We landed pretty late but staff very accommodating to this. Would recommend!

I have stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is fantastic and the room is been done since I stayed ladt year. Excellent job,and better than travelodge in England. Over all fantastic experience and I recommend this hotel,and also a very good price.

One night stay, easy communication, big room, everything was good. 15-20 minute walk from city center, 10 min walk to Central Bus station, which is useful for Airport transport. We had room that is on the street, there is traffic, but it was not too loud for us. Great price/quality ratio.

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip. Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new. The shower was awesome - lots of hot water and strong pressure, I would love this shower back at home! My only suggestion to improve would be to provide a small microwave in the kitchen...

The manager Stavros goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of his guests. Great to find a good priced hotel with a swimming pool close to the main areas of Larnaca. Although is worth noting this is an older style hotel with lots of character

Very helpful friendly staff, decently sized spacious rooms. Nice small pool. Fresh towels provided, good regular room cleaning. Only negative- main road can be abit noisy in the early hours, but i still slept great. For the value it's a pretty good hotel.

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

It was almost last minute booking and not many other options were available so for that price I was expecting an average room but I got a full apartment instead. Absolute value for money. Located 3 mins walk from the finikoudes beach and bus stop (airport bus as well as intercity bus) . Clean and basic rooms. Good air conditioning. The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Around 100 m far from finikoudes beach. Spacious, clean room with safe. Elevator. All appliances are working. You can do laundry as well. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. Will go back for sure

The best hotel in all of Larnaca! I was hosted in a very nice room on the last floor with a view of the whole city! I loved spending my nights on the terrace with friends! If you ever go to this hotel, ask for room 601!

Amazing room!! All brand new! The location is perfect because is in the center of Larnaca. I definately recommend it for sure.
