BUT the service is phenomenal, everybody from the staff is very kind and very helpful, breakfast is excellent, coffee is fantastic, the view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking, the view from our room was exceptional, the bar is wonderful, one can really relax in this hotel, it never feels overcrowded even in high times

The restaurant is also very good. Parking is enough and it is free of charge and comfortable

The food is really good and quite diversified. Somebody checks all the time what happens in the restaurant and serving staff is great! They are like little bees working with and for you and keeping you happy

Furniture in some rooms is quite oldish. The beds are good, but the pillows are uncomfortable. The cleaning is done daily and really good service. The restaurant is a big plus, too

Take a look at the photos and you'll definitely want to be there! Staff is very friendly and they offered to give me a late check-out given that my flight out of Cyprus was quite late in the evening

Excellent service, they make you a cappuccino, latte etc, or you can serve yourself juices, including multivitamin. This resort is beautiful and great in every way, recommended :-)

Excellent hotel, after renovation, officially 4 stars, I would easily give 5 stars. Excellent service, very hospitable friendly staff. Large selection for breakfast, they pour sparkling wine (!), there is even herring

Excellent cocktails in the bar, I tried in different places nearby, and in Larnaca, but here were the best. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony

The room is not big, but it is clean and has a good view. However, it is very noisy downstairs at night.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile, and everything—from the rooms to the common areas—was spotless. While the hotel isn’t right in the city center, we enjoyed the quiet location

There are restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s just a short drive from the airport. All in all, a great choice for families looking for a relaxing, well-organized, and enjoyable beach vacation

We booked our stay originally with breakfast and dinner, at our second day we‘ve been told that we can switch dinner with lunch just how we like, I really liked that, easier to plan the day if you are not feeling like eating dinner one time

My stay at Sun Hall Hotel is coming to an end, and I have to say it‘s been perfect. The staff were friendly, patient, always seemed happy and we could have great conversation with each other

The service was amazing aswell, always there for questions or other things if you needed help. The Hotel is just a couple meters away from the beach, and you are able to get beach towels for free every day

All the staff are amazing, from back office staff, catering and housekeeping, could not ask for better. Thank you to all the staff at Sun Hall Hotel, you made all the difference to our stay

Provided us with a wheelchair and pass for parking at the Marina, made life so much easier to get about! Breakfast was amazing with Kate finish at 11am

The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car

Now for what was good: Breakfast was really good, with a large verity of items, and omelette station, fried Haloumi, and a-la-cart coffee service for requests that the coffee machine couldn't fulfill, like ice coffee or a cappuccino with non-standard milk

For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

We were greeted with smiles and a welcome drink of the best lemonade I've ever had! We were given a sea view room which was exceptional. The facilities in the room are five star, the bed was huge and so comfortable

We had dinner and breakfast here and both meals were of fantastic quality with very good service from the staff

There were chairs and a desk, as well as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and several lighting options. The rooms were wonderfully clean and the view from our balcony was amazing

We made a few requests such as spicing up a pizza at dinner and some coffee options at breakfast which the staff effortlessly accommodated which was really nice of them

The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana

There was a jacuzzi-like tub in one of the bathroom but not working. There is no complimentary tea/coffee and no fridge. Breakfast was not super but good, I had dinner once, it’s buffet and average

The owners and the employees are marvelous and very accommodating. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from various beaches - all of them with sand. The rooms are impeccably clean and most have a balcony

I really loved this hotel! considering the price, it was way better than expected! The room was of a very good size, super clean and everything brand new

The front desk attendant at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Slept well and wandered across the adjacent field to the beach the following morning (about a 5-7 -minute walk)

You can check in at any time, even if you arrive super late at night. We got there at 3am and an envelop with our room key was on the reception desk ready for collection

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean to discriminate, but when I go on a vacation to an exotic island, the last thing I want to hear are loud russian guests, who were often having conflicts with the staff (very nice and helpful staff by the way!) and who always shouted loudly on all occasions

That said, the shower stream was pretty weak to wash with, there was an awful looking TV with a broken corner that we didn’t use at all (not a huge problem but it doesn’t look nice and taken care of) and we had a huge problem with ants

We chose Henipa for the incredible value it offered - considerably lower price even for 12 nights with breakfast and dinner than other hotels. And it came very close to the *** experience you would expect

Beds were comfortable and the interior looked pretty clean. The air conditioning system was also pleasantly functional and easy to use, which was a life saver in the hot climate of Cyprus

Breakfasts were quite rich and had plenty of things to choose from, dinners were a bit weaker, but still okay. Our room was nice and spacious with a balcony and a nice bathroom

That also means no chilled water, although you could stock up on that during the breakfast. We also encountered a few big flying bugs in our room that we had to manage

We stayed at the Mercure Larnaka beach resort at the beginning of May, not even a week after it’s opening. It’s a wonderful small hotel, right on the beach. The room we stayed in had a great view to the sea

Then the f&b got in the bar and made us a cocktail named flamingo on the beach he told us that is the signature of the hotel. My partner wants to work there now. Will definitely be there all the time

We had to extent our stay because everything was so perfect. The staff were very professional, friendly and happy to help. The food - breakfast and menu for lunch and dinner - not to be missed

I'm staying in Larnaka for the last 8 years. We watched all the process for the building of the hotel. Today we walked in the hotel to see the process and we found out that is actually open

The breakfast is mediocre, and the elevator is quite slow. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and overall experience make it worth the stay

Plenty of food and shops around and the beach is 2 minutes away. Its close to the airport, but taxi will still cost you 20EUR.

Best hotel breakfasts we've ever had and one of the best service experiences. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had defective curtains in our room, and we immediately received a free upgrade

Family trip. If you need to add a quilt, it is best to contact the hotel in advance to explain, otherwise it may not be prepared on the day. Breakfast is OK. The hotel staff have more British English accents.

Also, keep in mind that there are no mini fridges in the rooms, but at the reception, they are more than happy to give you free chilled bottles of water at any time

If you know this is happening, you should not give people room on first floor and very beginning but more far away from this noise. Hotel didnt like fully booked so you had this option I guess

The Quality Lodge certainly lives up to its name - if you’re looking for clean and well appointed accommodation this is a great place to stay

It was noise all night every 3 minutes for few second so it was impossible to have opened balkony doors

On otherside , everything else was very nice and clean
