Apart-otel Sunflower

as we walked in the place looked nice and spacious. however the shower was terrible so weak and when finally got into bed there was 1 thin pillow and no cover just a thin sheet. was horrible and uncomfortable. why no blankets there? I was tired and was leaving early next day to airport so didn't go down to complain. I came to have little rest with a stopover flight and the 2 things I used shower and bedding was not OK !

I booked the room through booking saying the price shown included fees+ tax, not refundable..after booking it the price wasn't the same...yet I don't understand how could that happen. The room was very poor eventhough the lady at the reception said it was deluxe room.!! There was one set of towels, shampoo, despite I booked in for two. When called the reception the answer was:" There isn't any at the moment.. We can go later and collect them ourselves". There were cockroaches everywhere, when we mentioned it face to face the response from the lady was:" ohh yeah they are everywhere"and what also shocked me 40 minutes before checkout time, there was a knock on the door I didn't answer right away and I heard sound of keys and people talking.I opened the door and surprisingly the cleaner staff was there .I sent them away, but they were there for a few long minutes more. The place is a joke in overall, I don't be recommended at all.

Although the hotel was almost empty, we were given a room with a connecting door to a neighboring room. The neighbor watched TV all night so loudly that you couldn't sleep. In addition, the beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress stings you in the back. And it wasn't clean either, there were cockroaches in the shower as well as in the room itself.
