Check-in was pleasant. There was an issue with HVAC, so I was assigned a larger room which was nice. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. You can get to shops and restaurants in about 10mins. There is also public transportation nearby if you want to see more of the city. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.

Very good hotel, just a few minutes walk from the bus station, very convenient for airport bus, good service, good breakfast, clean and comfortable, 20 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, many people vacation here.

I have to say, this hotel is amazing! Very new, the service staff is also very good, clean! There are also free drinks coupons, and the seafood salad ordered separately is amazing. There is a lot of seafood, the meal is very satisfying, and it is not expensive. I will book this hotel next time I go on a business trip!

Excellent and well located hotel The desk staff was very nice and helpful. They helped us find an outstanding restaurant and were very helpful in the check in process and storing luggage. The room was excellent. It was bright, cheery with a partial sea view even though it was advertised as only a city view. The room was actually better than the pictures show.

The location of this hotel is very good as you are few steps from the center and the beach. Apart from that is very affordable, the space was tidy and clean. It had a nice small kitchen which makes it very comfortable for any type of traveller. The only downside was the loud noise made from cleaners next to our room at morning. I absolutely loved this hotel. I had room 304 and I was very satisfied. The apartment comes with a kitchen, small living area, bathroom and a separate bedroom! I absolutely loved the view as well as the vibe the room gave off, the aircon was fabulous and the location was great! It was a 3-4 minute walk to the sea on a very nice beach. If I visit Larnaca again, I’ll for sure know where to stay!

Can’t pass judgement on the hotel, however I did go to try the food there. I got the chicken salad (the same as the village salad but with one skewer of chicken on top) I have to say the chicken was lovely and after eating most of it, I had to save some for the local cats who also seemed to enjoy it. I had nice stay in this hostel, great balcony, big terrace on the top. Soon I will be enjoying the time again. Owner is also very friendly and nice.

Spacious, tady and comfortable stay. I was here in December, there were warm blankets, clean place. It is a hostel but also has private rooms with shared facilities. It is good value for money (I paid 28 euros, 2 people, 1 night, private room).

Decent kitchen (reasonably big and priced breakfast was served next door), solid showers, and good common areas (terrace needs some work because it’s a shame to neglect it) and nice staff. The dorms, however, are inadequate. The beds are OK enough but the rooms badly need more sockets, lockers, and some personalising.

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Around 100 m far from finikoudes beach. Spacious, clean room with safe. Elevator. All appliances are working. You can do laundry as well. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. Will go back for sure

One night stay, easy communication, big room, everything was good. 15-20 minute walk from city center, 10 min walk to Central Bus station, which is useful for Airport transport. We had room that is on the street, there is traffic, but it was not too loud for us. Great price/quality ratio.

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip.
