I really liked the hotel. It's 5 minutes away from a clean beach. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. The pancakes for breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly, and special thanks to Evdokios for the pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back here.

We booked this hotel for 10 days and are really happy with our stay here! The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the airport, beach and city center. The room was cozy and clean. We really liked the pool area since it was nice and new. The staff was always super friendly. The value for the money is great since it doesnt feel like it only has 2 stars.

This is a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Larnaca and a few minutes from the beach and the old castle. Decent, but a little short on most counts. Included breakfast was quite good, but the rooms are (only) a bit run down and in general everything was serviceable but no better. Helpful staff at all hours. Would stay here again for the discount price, but would note that we also stayed at another local place, lucked into an even better rate, and it was very much nicer.

The rooms are clean and serviced every day. The hotel has some weird lack of amenities for example some rooms have kettles but the guests are asked to buy their own tea bags and coffee. Similarly, no fridge in the room but you can pay for fridge usage. Generally, very weird in terms of service and hospitality but good for a few nights sleep.

Seemed far from most things but a good walk to Lidle. Staff was helpful and theres a swimming pool on the roof which was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom door had no door handle which was odd.

Apart from being cheap, there are no advantages. The facilities are old and look like a 180-180 starving hotel in China.

Good affordable hotel near the coastline. Each room has a bathtub! Breakfast is solid but a little bit annoying after few days because of similar options. Some facilities in the room are old-fashioned but it is ok considering the price and location. I recommend this one!

The location of the hotel is great, just behind the famous Foinikoudes promenade, with plenty of restaurants, cafeterias, souvenirs shops and much more.Public beach is reachable by walking - 2 minutes literally! It was $65 a night so cant complain much. Its a very old motel like . Very steep stairs. If u have suite cases good luck.

Lovely authentic accommodation in old town Larnaca. Up step stairs. Comfy huge bed. Sufficient for a transit night as we needed. Air con only works with key & took quite a while to cool. Keeping room cool for arrival would have been better

The hotel was in the centre, easy access to all walks in the town ,opposite our balcony there was live music in the square. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location !

Nice, small yet affordable place to live. Rooms are small and not so airy. Room service is fine. You can also find many restaurants around this hotel. Indians can also enjoy Indian restaurants nearby. Connectivity through the local city transport to this place from the main market area is good. Beach is hardly a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's basic, the cleaning staff do a great job, weekend entertainment is well chosen. There is no lift,but only two floors so not a problem. Literally 100yds to the beach,good car parking,and the pool should be fully refurbished by high season. Whatever you do don't miss the kiosk at the front of the hotel,they serve great souvlaki and the sheftalia is the best I've had in years. Happy holidays!!

It's not far from the airport which is an advantage and it's close to the city center and the beach for a 12 minutes walk. The room has an AC, it was clean though the light in it not that great. The Lock door was not that much secured, and thin walls where you can be disturb by other tourist.

"city view" is a view of the garbage bins. Great location, but not at all spectacular. Also, hot water must be turned on for two hours before it is available. Even so, it ran out quickly at times.

Stayed for 8 days great hotel very nice staff, room looks remodeled very clear and everything seemed new, I got a room on the 6 floor amazing view of all the coast, good location right on the center where all the restaurants and shops are, just dont forget that in cyprus they drive like in England if you wanted to rent a car

For a very small amount of money You have a small apartment all for You where You can even cook if You want to. The airport is nearby but it is not noisy. By foot You can go to the main beach in 15 minutes or so. You have also a beach nearby but it is nothing special. I would recommend a car to have a tour around the island. From the airport You have a bus stop that is very useful.

Well recommended,in a quiet location of Makenzie Cyprus. Very clean apartments, staff and George the manager very friendly and helpful,while giving you all the privacy you need ,the best beaches only a few minutes walk and 5 mins drive from the airport, close to the bus route that will take you into Larnaca and Dekelia for just 1.50 euro,planning on returning next holiday.full marks from me.
