San Remo Hotel is really nice! - the staff (Dany, Mihaela, Flori and Gabi) were really nice to us and to other clients, professional in their job and helpful; - good location, only 5 minutes far from beach; - the prices for rooms are cheaper compared to other hotels; - the breakfast is good and various.

This hotel was great! Probably the best quality for the price I've ever experienced. The standout aspect of the hotel is the pool, which is a nice size and great temperature. You can spend hours in it. On top of that the rooms are pretty good (despite the slightly odd 60s throwback decor). For just 25 euros a night you get a room with an ensuite, balcony and mini fridge. Outdated hotel, but the price is acceptable. Rooms are clean, but many things needs reparing..for exsmple, in my room there was water on the floor, not sure where it was coming from..the shower was broken and spreaded water everywhere..the door lock was unstable, so I could never close the door properly..The location is great.

The room had a dated appearance, and unfortunately, the bathroom developed a leak overnight, resulting in water damage to the room and our personal items. I was disappointed by the lack of communication from the hotel staff regarding this issue, which seemed neglectful. The hotel building doesn't look very inviting from the outside and the stairs and corridors look like a hospital building but we were pleased with the room. It was spacious, clean, smelled fresh and looked modern. The shower maybe needed a more thorough clean and the toilet seat was loose. Writing 4 stars only because of owner, who eventually became our friend during our stay, he was extremely helpful and very supportive, thus hotel is stuck in 70-80s, rooms are quite spacious, but having hot water only on request (for big rooms) from 8 am to 8 pm as I remember and having WiFi only in common area next to reception stand on ground floor reminds me of old forgotten days. Great location just 10 min walk from the seafront and restaurants. This is not a luxury hotel. The services are minimal and very basic. It is looking very rundown and old but the lift works. There is air con. The room was clean but everything is very tired. Bathroom is very small basic. Could do with cleaning the limescale. It's not far from the airport which is an advantage and it's close to the city center and the beach for a 12 minutes walk. The room has an AC, it was clean though the light in it not that great. The Lock door was not that much secured, and thin walls where you can be disturb by other tourist.

The breakfast was a delight. Every morning they has prepared something new and tasty. The hotel was perfectly located in the old town, just down the street off the most touristy places to gather.

The friendly staff, the comfortable room and excellent location. Located in a walking distance from main attractions. Decorated lobby and rooms. Exit to a wonderful garden with nice table and seats. High quality service and bath products. We haven't had the chance to use the swimming pool.

Far from the center. Bad smell in a corridor. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The people really nice and try to provide a good service. The balcony with pool view was great. I parked my car in a street front of the hotel. Value to money 4/5. Pay cheap and got accordingly value.

Comfortable, clean airconditioned rooms. Fantastic value for a 2 Star Hotel. It's really close to all beaches and nightlife. Breakfast selection is small, but the quality is good. *Edit. After having to stay at a pink bird themed hotel due to a cancelled flight. I can only more highly recommend Cactus. Staff are friendly and even gave us a thank you gift for staying a week.

Hotel is near the sea,also have a wonderful pool ! Rooms are always clean,personal is amazing! Aspecially we like Christos ,he is so friendly,and accommodating ❤ If I ever visit Cyprus again,I will stay here 🤗

Clean and sunny room, close to all facilities and a dive center. The room was a bit well-used old but everything is functioning. Dinner buffet is simple food but tasty.

Wonderful 3 night stay at the Mariandy. Quiet location. Clean rooms, one room had a kettle, one room didnt. 3 mini toiletries provided. Comfy beds, pillows and duvet. Lovely hot water for showers.Could do with some kind of latch on the inside of door. Gorgeous views. Didn't try the breakfast. Nick the receptionists was fab, as was his Gorgeous cat Pouffy. Free parking too...couldn't fault it!

I had one pleasant stay, of-season (february), in this hotel. It's clean, affordable, the food is good and the staff is very nice. Bus stop is very near, and the buses are cheap, you can drive to Agya Napa or Larnaca anytime for a small price. There is a supermarket near, and a few restoraunts. Nearest beach is 3 min walk away.

Hotel is clean, good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was much limited but the quality of food was good. Sad we missed sunny days. Since we couldn’t get a breakfast last day, they made us sandwiches for a trip. Good value for money.

Good value for money. I stayed in for 5 days, nothing to complain about. Friendly staff( reception, accomodation, kitchen)🤗. Nice clean quiet room V good breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the beach( just across the road, 3 min walk). Bus 425 station is 2 min walk from the hotel, so good conection to the airport. Same bus takes you to the Marina ( ticket is 2€) I would def recommand Mariandy...

Reasonably good. Excellent for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Family run hotel for over 30 years. Not luxury but good enough. Close by takeaways and supermarkets restaurants etc. Little far from beach.

Great stuff 👏 but the location is in the middle of nowhere. Plain rooms but spacious and clean bathrooms. Every time you leave your room, you need to give back your key card to the 24/7 reception. They also control the a/c of every room, so if you need it opened/closed or turned to the desirable temperature, you need to call the reception

Stayed 14 nights over Christmas & New Year. Friendly staff. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variation, but actually it was nutritious and the staff do their best. Swimming pool unheated but open and clean. No hot water in the shower except Christmas day and at approx 15.00hrs in the afternoons, otherwise lukewarm at best. I am in many hotels through the year and the hotel front desk, dining, and cleaning staff can have various degrees of friendliness, hospitality and good will. We found everyone with the hotel to be very warm, helpful, and accommodating. Considering the value for the money, the location, etc., I wouldn't hesitate a moment to rebook the Livadhiotis City Hotel on future trips to Larnaca. I tip my hat...

The review is only for the cafe, as I have stopped for a coffee while touring the area. There was no one at the reception, and once I have located someone and ordered my coffee I only received the coffee without the cake which they advertise on their board outside. When I have asked what was the reason for that the answer I got it was because l had to ask for it. For me that it was a complete nonsense...

This is a great little hotel in a perfect location, right across the St Lazarus church, and 2 minutes walk from the main promenade and Larnaca mosque and fort. Room that we got was spacious, clean, and beds were super comfy. Great value for money in my opinion.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in December, the location of the hotel is great, next to the promenade, rooms were very spacious, some even had a balcony to enjoy the see view and sunrise. I really appreciate the fact that there were enough chairs in the room for people to sit on. The breakfast was also good, would definitely recommend staying there.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is in a prime location, just 5 minutes from the beach and the coastline. The rooms are spacious, tidy and clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming! The location of the hotel is great, just behind the famous Foinikoudes promenade, with plenty of restaurants, cafeterias, souvenirs shops and much more.Public beach is reachable by walking - 2 minutes literally! Kim, the receptionist, is one of the most welcoming , polite and friendly member of the staff. Her professional attitude is impressive.

Why is only 2 stars? I think it worths at least 4 stars. Everything was perfect, the breakfast is tasty, the room is clean, and the personal ist very nice. If Larnaka then this hotel… I can really recommend for everyone, who would like to a good hotel in an affordable price. :) I hope we can go back in the future. 🙏🏻 Thank you for everything.

This hotel room and room facilities are way far better than many 3 and 4 stars hotels. I'm happy with my room/stay. Just for some people might have problem with the smell from the drainage in the bathroom when it's windy weather outside.

Our stay at hotel was very nice. The stuff at hotel have amazing personality and are always available to help you!

Everything clean and someone is available all the time via WhatsApp. I got help with food delivery too. Only the bathroom sink is a bit small and it's barely enough to wash ones hands.

The hotel on booking has only 2 stars, but for sure, it should claim at least for 2 more. The rooms are clean and nice, new equipment like conditioning, fridge etc. Close to the bus stops. The pool is gorgeous:)

Best acomondation in Larnaca. Good and Nice and big rooms. Staff here is also give high grade service and will make your stay as good AS possible. Also quiet area, not too far from beach (1km)
