One incident that really shocked me though during breakfast was that even though there were still people sitting and having their breakfast and time literally went 10:05 (breakfast finishes at 10:00) I went to grab a cup of coffee and there was this waiter who was so rude telling me that “We are very strict with the times” and he shut off the coffee maker. Then he realized he was so rude and told me “If it’s for a coffee fine” I made my coffee but never had it, my mood was ruined. It’s just sad for one person to downgrade the business.
It definitely tells you a lot of the type of Hotel and Management when you as a prospective Customer is treated this way.
Very poor Marketing and Management. Sending out a Terrible Message.
