Anastasia Beach Hotel

I stayed at Anastasia Beach Hotel with my family and a 1.5-year-old child from September 25, 2024, to September 28, 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our room (reservation 460591379) had cockroaches, and to make matters worse, the staff refused to resolve the issue, suggesting the use of chemicals in the room where a small child was staying. This is simply unacceptable!

Furthermore, when I requested a refund, it was denied.

The hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation – the furniture and interior are visibly worn out. The elevators are very slow, and we had to wait a long time each time. The food is mediocre – the selection is limited, and the quality is not impressive. The water park, which could have been a highlight, turned out to be paid, which was a huge disappointment.

The hotel is poorly located in relation to the beaches, making it difficult to reach them. Every night, there was noise from garbage trucks unloading right outside the windows, which made it hard to rest. The soundproofing in the rooms is very weak, so you can clearly hear everything happening outside or in neighboring rooms.

Given all these factors, I do not recommend Anastasia Beach Hotel, especially for family vacations with children.

ALERT. STAY AWAY. Very bad experience. There are very serious issues of cleanness mainly in the common hotel areas especially in the restaurant. Very bad quality of food and definitely no fresh ingredients. You hardly find one food to eat from the buffet. No respect to the their customers who pay so much money to stay in this hotel.

Do not buy tours here. cockroaches in building A and old furniture. The common corridor is lined with junk. The territory of the hotel is dirty. To get to a restaurant for dinner, you need to stand in line for at least half an hour. The restaurant is dirty and very noisy. There are no towels for the pool, and today they also took them from the room and did not bring new ones, they said that there are many people in the hotel and there are problems with towels. The a la carte restaurants are just plastic tables in another hotel, 30 minutes walk from this hotel. There is no music, no normal food, no service.

The hotel is not that good. The service on the restaurant to get the drinks took like 1h to get the drinks. The food wasnt many options to choose from. The food was cold and the juice in the morning was warm. The pools and water park were good. The rooms were not good. Our cards to the room stopped working 5 times. A charging plot exploded and the extra bed were a hard matress. The drinks were good and the service is okay!
