I recently spent my last night in Cyprus at Cactus Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the facilities themselves were ok, the behavior of the manager completely overshadowed any positives.
The manager Joanna was extremely rude and unprofessional. The booking website made an error with my booking, but I was met with a condescending attitude and dismissive remarks. It was clear that they had no interest in helping or ensuring that my stay was comfortable. She even became hostile and suggested to “sleep in the street”. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a staff member, let alone the person in charge.
Unfortunately, the negative feedback I had read prior to my stay was accurate. I would not recommend staying at Cactus Hotel if you value good customer service. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and it left a sour taste in my mouth, on the last night in Cyprus.

Hotel in a quiet part of Larnaca, near Mackenzie Beach. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant. I would love to come again.

Loved the changes made since we last stayed 6 years ago. The rooms are perfectly adiquate, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5 minutes walk into town centre and the beach. I'll definitely be going back.

Stayed only one night.
Reception work fast, this was probably the fastest check in and check out I ever did.
Staff in general was friendly, helpfull.
Parking is on the street.
Room need some update, feels old, specialy bathroom. The water in shower is turned around.. where supposed to be cold is hot water.
Walls of room dont isolate sound much. Room had comfy bed tho.
Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special regarding taste. The best were small pancakes!
They have pool table and table football if you have extra time and you bored in the room.
Hotel is okay to stay one or two nights, for longer stay Im not sure about it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Booking was lost, despite email confirmation of booking (at 2:30am in the morning).
We booked and repaid at a 138% higher rate and woke up with bites on our bodies. The manager was highly unprofessional, I really don't want other families to have the same experience. Please, for your own peace of mind WARNING do not book here.

⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ As everyone has written here, we do not recommend you to close through this hotel, this hotel is inhumane and only interested in money, we will do it through the Internet and by mistake the system changed our dates to the next day, the hotel was asked to consider and change of course and to understand the reactions of the people here, the attitude of the hotel is rubbish . Garbage that of course they didn't want to change, we lost the money. I don't fill people with a hotel anyway with bad comments and a shitty attitude under any criticism, be careful ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

The worst hotel ever! Firt of all, the hotel is extremely noisy. You hear your neighbors next door and also upstairs. You really hear every little step. I couldn't sleep at all. The acoustics in the room are really bad!!! If you want to rest on your vacation, then this is NOT the place. In addition, the staff is really rude and unfriendly, especially the old lady at the reception. When I reported the problems in the room as well as the noise, she didn't take it seriously! But rather she told me to talk to my agent and to go to another hotel!!! that was shocking! No good service over here!

cold breakfasts, no choice.the lady at the reception with black hair who speaks russian is not nice, she works like a punishment

Far from the center.
Bad smell in a corridor.
The room was clean and the AC worked well.
The people really nice and try to provide a good service.
