They are trying everything to satisfy their customers. Free ice creams at the reception. Excellent breakfast with very high quality products. Very Spacious rooms. Will stay here again

Very nice breakfast, big Rooms and im in love with sauna on the rooftop.

Spatious rooms with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The location is convenient for those traveling on the highway.
The breakfast buffer is amazing. Many sweet and savoury dishes, plenty vegetarian and several vegan options. The hotel and the rooms are wheelchair accessible. Free parking available on site, no reservation needed.

We stayed one night in a family room. Service from the reception was really good and helpfull also with some restaurant recomandation. The room (and also bathroom) was more than enough for a family of 4 and clean. My kids really enjoyed the lounge to play in the afternoon. The breakfast was really great with everything you could wish for. Parking at the hotel.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. If I could give 7 stars I would!!

Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasteful selections. All at very affordable rates.

I was unfortunate to be stranded in Augsburg with a broken car and I did not speak the language at all.
Claudia, the hotel manager is a very kind woman who went above and beyond to help me.
The management and the staff were all very nice, very eager to help and always with doing it with a smile.
If I will ever be in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

A very good and also fair priced hotel a bit outside of Augsburg, but the tram is just nearby and will take right into the action. The rooms are great, a very comfortable bed, a nice interior and the bathroom is great, it even offers a bathtube. Not to mention the amazing breakfast, the breakfast itself is worth the visit!

Very nice hotel. Food was great, German beer which never fails to disappoint. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Only downside was that it was a little bit out of the way, not much nearby. They do provide a free cycle service for you to get around which more than makes up for that.
