Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-nights-stay here. Had booked the Deluxe Suite with Whirlpool. While the decor may not be to everyone's taste - the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was spacious and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend!

Historic hotel in a perfect location. New renovations are very nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was well stocked with all the normal things! Staff was very friendly went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended

We had an excellent stay here. They are going for a boutique hotel vibe. The location is perfect; it’s right in the center of town. Air conditioning worked great which is hard to come by in Germany. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and felt luxurious. Highly recommend!

A great little Hotel in a fantastic location. In our 2 weeks trip through Germany, this was our favorite hotel. Family management and with great attention to Detail. A short way to the train station to drive in the morning to Koblenz and in the Afternoon, back to Bacharach. The room was newly renovated and absolutely flawless. The food was excellent. The staff was always helpful and Friendly.

Can recommend this Hotel. Top Hotel, with a very nice atmosphere. The Lobby is furnished in a very harmonious and exudes so little heat. Here, there has been a lot of effort. Staff is absolutely friendly and you just feel good. Price is offered to the Hotel in order to get appropriate performance. Parking facilities are also available.

Just wanted to drink two glasses of wine, unfortunately, was not once brought the ordered wine, the second attempt were flies in the wine, the outdoor patio is almost on a main road and the prices are at a very high level

Beautiful in Bacharach. Walking distance to everything. Renovated ground floor and außenfas say. Only we have made the following experience: rooms not clean (sheets had stains, hairs were lying around) and the decor was very old. Service terrible (we were first given a wrong room. On demand, it was surly the right room.) Breakfast is bad (partially from the previous day, baked bread roll, dirty Breakfast chairs, tables and floor, artificially-flavored juices at the end, ...) ... and the Best part: After we were back and our experience have set the report in the "Booking service", there was a "No-Show", so that the report is not to be displayed. --> Improvement is feasible quite easily: friendly, honest Service and love the Breakfast.

Today, we have eaten there in the Restaurant. My wine was great. The food was very, very tasty, but unfortunately only lukewarm.
The operation, which took the order, was taciturn and difficult to understand, as it is very quiet.
The other operation took the plate, as I ate my last bite, and still chewing.
Asked whether we still want to drink something, we were not.
Therefore, unfortunately only two stars. If I had to only rate the taste of wine and food, it would become four to five.

Good rooms, recently renovated, ok price. Located right in the middle of town. Ok breakfast and good lunch/dinner.
