Where to stay with pets in Bad Ems

The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there

Restorative Beautiful reminder of grand spa style with wonderful thermal springs pool.

The lobby had also an intense smell of some sort of incense which reminded me of these supermarket plug-ins. If you work there every day you will suppress the smell / intensity but as a guest it was a bit overpowering

Not every choice was up to my preference but overall it was very good. The saunas are beautifully detailed and that adds to a special experience. The breakfast is very good with great panoramic seating

The coffee stood out as very drinkable. One thing I noticed, and it may just be that morning, there was a lingering cigarette smell in the breakfast area. As if smoking was allowed in a nearby room

Great property with nice, tastefully detailed interior. Some rooms can be on the small side but are sufficient. Everything is nicely detailed. The sauna spa is good and you have choices

Here you can eat super at a particularly good price-performance ratio. Everything is cooked with love. Especially the outdoor area with the great terrace. The view from here is impressive.

This hotel was a wonderful sanctuary a little removed from Bad Elms. Beautiful 42 hiking trails offered history and hiking. The owners were amazing! No need to go out for a meal

The rooms are beautiful and clean. I stayed here 3 years ago and loved it. I come back every year to use the terrace and enjoy the scenery of the beautiful golf court and it's flowers. Lunch is good and fair prices too.

My in-laws spent a wonderful week here and went on bike rides. They were more than happy with everything! We also stopped by briefly and enjoyed an iced coffee on the terrace. Very good! And very cozy!

The breakfast and the varied evening buffet were very good (the best so far in any BSW hotel we've stayed in), and the staff is very friendly and attentive

Air conditioning would have been nice, as it got very hot, making it virtually impossible for us to stay in our room from midday to evening

The city center is easily accessible, and the train (a free train ticket is provided) provides quick access to the surrounding towns

The room is okay, but the bathroom, and especially the shower, are quite small, and the mattresses are very hard

From the front you might think, this Hotel has its best days behind it, but what you don't see, are the additions to the rear, with beautiful balconies to the South side and a large terrace what is the Sunny days of late summer, a nice Extra

GREAT PLACE I stayed here while visiting Germany it was an excellent hotel, very nice service beautiful forests nearby, anyone that comes here will be very pleased.

The Parkhotel is a magnificent Victorian building located just a 5 minute walk from the Bad Ems train station. In 1869, Empress Auguste Victoria stayed at the Parkhotel as a young princess

In Bad Ems you will feel like you are in Italy. It is an excellent place for a short vacation. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious

Very friendly staff, great location in Bad Ems. I was a bit disappointed with the room, could have been a little more lovingly furnished. But I think it's also a matter of taste. Overall stay was very pleasant

We had a great room, it had a balcony. The Receptionist is very kind and gave us a freindly welcome. Beautiful located, great view, room can get dark and it was quiet

The hotel rooms were completely renovated (2016). Together with the really fantastic view, great Restaurant and lovely owners, the Rhine, the crown is more than recommended

Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim

The room was clean and tidy, the inventory is Old as the Hotel. The opposite road (B9) found because in the night no Problem. A very good price/performance ratio will book what I the next time in Koblenz to visit again

The quality of the food was very good and it tasted delicious. The waiting time and for food and drinks was unfortunately a little longer due to the lack of staff, but this was made up for by the extreme friendliness

So far we have been there twice: Dinner with 4 people - everyone was very satisfied with the food and drinks. Breakfast with 2 people - we had a very rich breakfast / brunch, designated for 2 - 3 people at a price of 29

Very nicely presented! The eye eats too ;-) A fourth person would have been fed up with it, but there were only two of us. Perhaps this breakfast should be reduced in quantity and therefore also in price

Myself, my boyfriend and our puppy had such a lovely stay here in August! I must admit the pictures are a little misleading however the staff really went above and beyond for us

the morning staff allowed us to sit in our own section of the restaurant in the morning so we could eat breakfast and bring our pup along. As for the room: the room was super clean and bed was comfortable

Do not use the back off products but fresh from the backer the breakfast would be 4 stars. This is an ideal place to visit Koblenz. Just a short ride to the city

Stayed here for 2 nights in the gasthaus. Food was great fresh and cooked with care. An airco or ventilator would be an great improvement

My wife and I loved Hotel Morjan in Koblenz! The location is amazing! Walking distance to the cable car, old town, restaurants and bars. We stayed in a room with a great view of the Rhine

This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available

If you are interested in an 8km walk or run then you are directly next to the water and can walk or run along the river path to the railway bridge (about 3 km from the hotel) and then cross over onto the other side of the river and head back on the other side for 3km then back over on the road bridge which brings you directly back to the Hotel

I’m not a morning person, so I didn’t try the breakfast. However, the staff mentioned that the breakfast area has a Rhine River view, which already sounds like a great way to start the day for those who enjoy mornings

Very well located, both to reach by car as well as to explore Koblenz by foot. The garage has a direct elevator to the lobby (there is a reduced rate for hotel guests)

Your standard Mercure experience. Clean rooms and they were quiet as well. The location was very average and the elevators do not work well making some folks nervous

The room also comes with a bathtub, a nice touch after a long day. One of the highlights is the view. You can see the Rhine River directly from the window, and it really elevates the whole stay

This hotel is located right on the River Rhine and we were lucky enough to have a riverside room. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the river where we could reach the main attractions

The breakfast was ample, lots of choice and as much as you would want to eat: rolls, croissants, scrambled eggs and bacon, ham and other cold meats, cheeses, full cereal bar, fruit etc

In new hands for a few weeks (Greek cuisine). Same owner as the Syrtaki in Koblenz, and just as good, or even better, because when the weather is nice you sit better in the garden than in Koblenz on the street

Now it's called Hotel Ariston! Very good restaurant, good breakfast. The rooms were clean and in order, no minibar available but a matter of taste;). Staff was friendly and courteous

"Bock" is now called Ariston and is a Greek restaurant. The reception was friendly and accommodating. The food was brought out relatively quickly and very good

In terms of price, it is a bit higher than the other Greeks in our corner, but absolutely within the framework in terms of performance

Lovely hotel with friendly staff that speak good English! Rooms are nice and quite clean, just what you need if on a small break to the continent!! Continental breakfast Is served every morning and offers a wide range of foods to choose from, from cold meats to boiled eggs and croissants! 😊 however the evening meals can be a little bland and repetitive, would strongly recommend you eat out, of staying...

The junior suites are great, very comfortable and spacious, room 404 is our favourite. Breakfast is more than ample. Quite simply, we love staying here

We stayed at this location for its convenience to the downtown area of Koblenz. It was a great location to walking to the old town, and the river. We also liked the fact they have rooms with 2 twin beds

May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. It was like sleeping in a comfortable cave. the bed provided comfortable sleep

I didn't use the television since the Wi-Fi was stable with very high speed that I was able to stream media. At night the room stayed comfortably warm with the radiator. Room lighting was nice as well

The hotel is centrally located between the Koblenz Hbf and the Altstad. I spent four wonderful nights here. All my expectations were exceeded. I would not hesitate returning if I am ever back in Koblenz

Weather was nice so I didn't use the available air conditioner. I spent some nice afternoons resting with the windows open and listening to the occasional birdsong

For what matters most to me in a hotel: Great room, great mattress, outstanding breakfast. I booked a shared bathroom room, bathroom was pristine both late afternoon upon check-in and in the morning. A++, would go again

We both had great sleeps and enjoyed a great breakfast and wonderful dinner (excellent Weiner Schnitzel!!) there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Koblenz

The Hohenstaufen is located conveniently near the trainstation, but far enough to not be affected by train noise. The old town and main shopping district are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet war very good

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. The room was spacious with everything you would need and a few little extras

Clean and large rooms in a Prime city centre location. A stable W-Lan and a nice Service. Just perfect ;-)

Cons: Personal are stressed and made me stressed also instead of relaxing in my vacation, price is high, Wifi is free only for 30 minutes!

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels

The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful)

A lovely hotel in the old town of Koblenz with a 5 minute walk to the Rhein. Absolute highlight is the breakfast - Euro 10,00 if not included in the price - which is a superb buffet with excellent profesional service

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. The place to drop the card when leaving was at the top of the ramp when leaving the parking garage

Wacht am Rhein was a nice restaurant along the river with nice detailing inside and the sky glide cable cars to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress gave beautiful views of Koblenz far below

Great location to walk around the old town but parking the car was difficult as the underground parking is very small and cramped.
