Close to the old town. Good sized room. Shower-bath. Air conditioning and lift. Close to the bus station. Very comfortable bed (but unfortunately it squeaked). Refrigerator.

The AC in the room wasn't working even though the unit had just been remodeled. Guests are not able to lower the temperature.

Great service, but rooms are a bit old and smelly. Old carpet on floor. Nice bathroom. No parking. Reception closes at 20:00, but they waited up for us till 21:15

Wonderfull place to stay! Quiet and relaxing.

Excellent location. Very clean. Good looking inside and outside. Less good is the very bad smell outdoor as they use manure to fertilize the soil.

Beautiful property in old Bamberg. Located in the heart of the historic district. Michelin star winning property is a guaranteed good stay. Comfortable and clean rooms. The service is always outstanding. The food is also fantastic. If nothing else, come for the Bavarian style breakfast and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel has a new side and an older side. I think AC is only on the new side. There is a spa/gym in there basement limited to an exercise bike, a treadmill, and a very nice sauna. Would absolutely stay here again. A place in doors for the bikes. Massive breakfast buffet . Friendly staff... nice old puppy dog to greet you in the morning too. They are short staffed at the moment as is everyone in 2021 so patience will be the word for the day.

Plaza felt like it was recently renovated. Everything inside was new and nice. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Every morning they had a great breakfast with awesome bread, cheese, and meat.

This hotel surprised me, it was obvious it's an older hotel but it was in great shape. The room was large and had more than I needed. The food was great and breakfast is very well stocked with many options. The real gem though is the spa with saunas, what an amazing incredible experience. Great spa hotel with the BEST breakfast buffet EVER!! The spa was also great. Nothing like leaving your room in a bathrobe and walking to a HUGE spa with everything you need. The only downside is the bar. It is VERY small and understaffed.

A great hotel in Erlangen city centre. The staff are super friendly and also speak English. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast has many options and is worth it. One can reach the hotel by foot from the Erlangen Hauptbahnhof or take a bus to the nearest stop Langemarkplatz.

My first room's electricity failed, but they quickly arranged a new room for me. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great staff.

Hello, the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room furnishings were very worn - estimated to be 35 years old. The traffic was very loud. Even with the windows closed. The food was good, but unfortunately we weren't full. Unfortunately, we don't have a photo of the mouse in the bar.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is very noisy. When we spent the night there were many children running across the hallway (after 10 p.m.) and screaming. Also a lot of adults in the hallway who talk (too) loudly

If only all hotels were like this! Big, modern hotel with very modern, well-maintained rooms. Everything spotlessly clean. All of the staff members were welcoming and helpful, even going the extra mile to print out some forms we required due to travel restriction changes. I have search high and low for a nice hotel room with a private jacuzzi in the room, not far from home. So happy I have found this jewel 💓

The first impression was very good. The reception was very friendly and the whole team was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were also very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was completely sufficient and very tasty. The evening menu was always fresh and also very tasty. Even if we had to change something, it was no problem.

Friendly people, cozy rooms, excellent food and an outstanding location - all one can wish for. The location is the perfect trail head for a nice short, medium or really long walk; and afterwards a well-executed massage will prepare you for dinner, which was fantastic as well.

We spent a long weekend at the Stempferhof with 3 families and 3 grandchildren. We all really enjoyed it, everything was perfect, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large, we had a superior double room. The breakfast was varied and the dinner was very good. We will definitely come back. The beautiful terrace is currently being finished.

The Stempferhof is quietly located on the outskirts of Gößweinstein. The town center is easy to reach on foot. The staff is friendly and competent. At the same time, the Stempferhof is suffering from a shortage of staff, which is currently plaguing the entire restaurant and hotel industry. The room: small and simply furnished; no decoration; no pictures on the walls. The bed could do with new mattresses...

Great find in small town, 30 mins from Nurnberg Such a great find! It is a wellness hotel so tremendous gym equipment, pool, cold plunge and sauna. Massage and beauty appointments available also. Even a tanning bed. Expansive breakfast selection with many different types of brats and other European breakfast items. Restaurant on site.

Very basic but very cheap. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, good shower. Rooms could do with a little more storage space for clothes.

Very good value for price. Only the parking lot is too small to cater for a good amount of people in the hotel.
