Hostels in Bonn

The receptionist was really helpful and friendly… I asked for a typical german restaurant and he suggested a very good one. The hostel is also very close to the city centre so. I reccomend it to everyone who wants to stay few days in Bonn

Location is its strongest point. The staff varies during the week, but everyone is always nice. Michael, the owner, is a great dude. Ask for Thomas if you'd like to meet an interesting guy with lots of life experiences. There's a dance room in the ground floor where people take classes at night, so keep in mind that it can get "noisy" for some (not my case tho ! i actually liked it).

Nice place for a Short trip of Bonn.They are a lifesaver when you're a student and have absolutely no place to crash.

Decent facilities and really nice staff that are very helpful and friendly! The bathrooms are good but I did end up showering with a cricket. The rooms get very hot in the summer since there is no air conditioning but overall it's a very nice place! Also has good breakfast too.

Centrally located in the city centre, you can also park your car for free only if there is space available. you will need to pay extra for linen, bedsheets so bring your own! The service is not bad, not extravagant, just exactly in the middle of the comfort zone. Bathrooms are great, so I give a thumbs up

I've been to lots of hostels and hotels in words , this one was one of the most pleasant stays I've had. The room was soo cosy and the bed and walls and floors were so clean. Nice bar downstairs also clean and cosy. The English speaking lady Nikol ,( who I thought was the owner) was very friendly and was pleased to answer any questions. Although I planed to stay towards the center next time .. I...

Well, since it's a hostel it was okay for me. It's not a hotel. I had a clean room and bed. TV was there and it was working. However since there were multiple rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom it was loud. Bathroom looked worn down. In the morning it was always in use and therefore I had to use the kitchen sink. All in all, it was o...kay.

Terrible rooms but wonderfull food. If you have hard sleep and thongs to bathroom its enought to live.

This hostel is OK, I was staying here with 3 friends for the gamescom 2013 trade fair and we had to pay 150 euros each person for 6 nights, which is really overpriced but a decent price because all the hotels in the area of Cologne raised their prices before gamescom took place. The bedrooms were fine, one double bed room was on the 2nd floor of 1 side of the building and the other was in the basement...

The hostel is more than 30 mins (by bus) from Bonn central station. It is located in quiet place at the edge of a forest. Interior of the hostel is typical. Breakfast are served with bread and butter with fruit and juice. Hot coffee is also avilable. Behaviour of the staffs are friendly. A walking tour around the hostel would be wonderful.

The hostel itself is alright, but it's location is really not. It takes thirty minutes by bus from Bonn central station to get to the hostel. The busses depart every twenty minutes and on the weekend the intervals are even longer. The hostel is located on the "Venusberg" and there is nothing there only woods and nature, so if you came for a nature trip, the hostel is perfect for you, but if you came...

Stayed here during my cycle trio to Switzerland, as I also did 47 years ago. Bit noisy, but loved the experience. Great meal and breakfast for the price they charge.

Pretty conveniently located, just a few tram stops from Bonn center. The rooms are really tiny but very clean. Surprisingly good and varied breakfast, many vegan options.

Inspiring and fantasy teasing hippie styled space, prepare to wait 10-20 minutes at the railway pass on the way to the hostel and back. Very intensive train traffic!

I wanted to stay in Cologne but this was the closest place I could find with availability. I'm glad I found the place because it was nice to have some novelty compared to other hostels and the location gave me an opportunity to visit Bonn which wasn't originally on my itinerary. I was here only for the Food Festival. Super Event, perfect location. One star off as most places accepted cash only. For a hype place like this, it's also super conservatively old-fashioned. We would have spent more money if we could have paid by card.

Fantastic place to stay as basecamp for visiting Bonn. We used it already a couple of times as the basecamp for a codesprint with osgeo. The open source community for geolocation based software.

Clean rooms and really friendly staff. Very good connection to public transportation and city center is in walking distance. The bathroom and restroom for single rooms is shared and no towels are provided. There is no elevator, only stairs.

Wonderful hostel. Humble behaviour of the owner, very clean bathrooms and rooms. Close to Beethoven house, city shopping malls, and Rhine Rover. Highly Recommended.

Super friendly and accommodating, the staff in this hostel can't be more lovely. A great central location and wonderful people make this place wonderful. The only drawback is lots of stairs, but if that is not a problem, it is fantastic.

It was like a military compound: everything was in place with max economic approach. For one night it is acceptable, but not for longer stay.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were wonderful.

Amazing place. Clean and amazing breakfast. I was allowed to take my breakfast to my room. Reception is also amazing. Its also located in the center of Bonn. Near to thw rhein river. I love it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Lounge and bar area fun and hopping even late night. If you like Gin - this is the place to go - so many to choose from! The staff spoke excellent English so made checking in and out easy. Would stay here again!
