Excellent room, service, breakfast and location. Go ahead, fabulous choice in accommodation. Cannot believe how spacious this hotel was compared to the Marriott hotels I stayed in previously.

Simply the best hotel to stay in Bonn.

There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained

Conrad restaurant’s(sky bar) food was below below average. Restaurants close early, a few restaurants in surroundings. but staff was very good, which kept me good in sprits while I was at the hotel

Except Conrad restaurant’s staff, who i think was kind of manager

We are very pleased with the accompanying facilities that the hotel offers such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Rooms with bathrooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated

Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

Was quite and very nice. Our family had a good time, especially with the nice swimming pool.

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

The service is up to standard and the only small complaint is the speed of the internet but that is negligible. Anyway we'll be back here again

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were traveling to different Christmas markets. This one was walkable to their big Christmas market. I definitely would stay there again

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center. If you are planning to go to the Bonner Christmas market this is a great starting point.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed, modern design. Everything is new and well maintained. Special thanks for the pool. The hotel gives a great mood. Location perfect.

The staff is very helpful, good support and very good English communication. I usually stay in Maritim Bonn, but i’ve booked Königswinter recently and i did not regret it

The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you

I suggest you to climb up hill to visit the beautiful palace. Ticket was 7€ and it was more than worth it

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at with family—we visited as a family and had a memorable experience. The entire hotel is spic and span, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely courteous

Driving to the airport I needed a quick nap. This was the closest hotel I could find so drove there. Staff member spoke English so I was already happy. Room was a building to the side, minute walk

Acceptable as there were a bunch of rooms, and some seemed to be rented out long term. Room itself was not special, clean and decent sized. But for my nap it was perfect

It is cheaper than staying in the centre of Bonn Overall I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a clean efficient and affordable base

I think the price could be a little lower, given the location and room, but it’s not a super high price either

They did explain that they do consider themselves family friendly and indeed everyone else was very kind and welcoming to the baby and my friend. However, I would not stay in this hotel again if I had children with me

I had my friend and her baby with me and the baby made a mess during breakfast and even spilled an entire sippy cup of water which we weren’t able to soak up with the tiny napkins we had available

Well the next day the guy working the breakfast came up to us and yelled in German. I don’t speak German well but I understand it better, and basically he was scolding us for making a mess

It was quite wild because he knew I couldn’t answer him (I asked him to speak English to me but he said he doesn’t speak it) so he just yelled at us in German and left

We felt extremely uncomfortable in the hotel afterwards. My poor friend was on her knees picking up all the pieces the baby dropped under the table

Thankfully the front desk was nice and apologized on his behalf when I brought this up

No one was present upon arrival, but by calling the telephone number that was taped to the door, someone arrived quite quickly. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to book a very nice and large family room

It ended up being two nights, because it took a little longer before we could get replacement transportation. We were able to continue using our room on the last day without having to pay extra

Great Very good location..close to the tram. Very good staff. The only issue is that the room was on the roof e there is no air conditioning. So the room is really hot!

Yes there are cheaper hotels available but they do not offer the same complete package and quality for us. If a quiet, comfortable sleep, clean rooms and great breakfast are important, don’t hesitate

This time we stayed in the Junior Suite. The difference with the standard room is the wider bed (180 versus 160) and more square meters. It also includes a nespresso machine and complimentary coffee cups

Keep in mind that the shower and the sink are in the same area as your bed. You have no privacy of a separate room. For us no problem, if privacy is however needed, someone will need to leave the room

Absolutely loved it! Very pleasant staff. Our one year old daughter at the Breakfast were entertained by the bartenders!

So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. If this is the case, consider the train station, it is several minutes walking from the hotel

You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM

Hotel offered complimentary coffee/tea in the morning. There is an outside pool as well

Fantastic for the price. Everything is very well appointed with nice beds, clean rooms and friendly efficient staff. The parking costs extra, but unless it's very busy you can usually find a space in the nearby streets.

Receptionist recommended breakfast to be ordered at the time of check in rather than leave it tomorrow morning as price would be 30% more if ordered the following morning

The hotel is in a very nice location, 90% of the staff speaks Russian, it has a very nice environment, clean rooms, I recommend it.

The staff are extremely friendly and so accommodating - particularly Erij and Kay who helped us out immensely on the Saturday night helping us order takeaway meals that were delivered to the hotel and enabling us to eat them at the bar

It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel

It's a really simple hotel that gives all the basics that you need for a business stay, with friendly customer service and value for money price. I'll be back again next week.

My daughter (11) and I enjoyed our stay! The staff were very kind and helpful! They let us store our bags there when we arrived many hours before check-in and kindly stored them for us after we checked out until our train left

Wonderful hotel in a secluded location. Excellent communication with the staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. Having an elevator was very helpful

We had some trouble finding a parking spot, but found one in the next street. It is not in the center of Bonn, but I preferred this because it was very calm at night. I haven't heard any of the other guests either

Friendly staff, quite environment. The location is quite far from Bonn, need to plan the bus and train ride properly but it can be done. The next bus station is only 2 min away. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly hotel staff, the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. We were happy to learn we can access the hotel with our room pass at any time, so we could get back late after the concert we went to

But I highly recommend stopping by for dinner as well. I ordered the « "Schmorbraten "Braumeister Art" vom Schweinenacken, zart mit Apfelrotkohl und Kartoffelklößen"» and it was delicious
