Simply the best hotel to stay in Bonn.

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

The hotel is in a good location, right by the river in the old town, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions in Bonn. Facilities: The room is not big, there is no extra surprise, it is quite satisfactory.

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Rooms were Big and cosey. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home.

The location & service were great. However, they had no parking lots free although it was said that one does not need a parking reservation I advance. So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. I was looking for a central stay in Bonn. This place has been a good deal compared to other hotels in Bonn. However when entering the hotel lobby you can already see how old and badly maintained this place is. The rooms are okay in size and amenities, but the condition of literally everything is not good at all. The hotel staff is very friendly, but I will most likely not come back.

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn. You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM.

Geographically great. Clean, tidy, good Breakfast, great sauna and pool.

Location great, facilities fine but despite being in the non-smoking wing and in a non-smoking room halfway down, the smell of stale smoke is so infused into the furniture that you cannot escape it. Even if you smoke, it is a little annoying.

This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well. It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it.

Really nice hotel, opposite Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance to the centre of Bonn. Quite an old style hotel but comfortable and clean. We were given a room that someone smoked in, the front desk said there are no rooms permitted for smoking, however there was an ashtray in the room? Go figure. Anyway, they changed us to a new room without much hassle. Large size rooms and a decent view

We came across this hotel on our European tour, we were looking for somewhere to stay and found this charming little place by accident. They were very welcoming and accomodating! Our room was facing the Danube River. It had two balconies! Very spacious and comfortable. Dining was excellent! You need to make reservations as well. Staff was friendly and professional.

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel. Hotel is good. The rooms are on the small side and the ones on street side can get quite loud as there are trams, and buses passing quite often. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the old town.

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Just outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The elevator had a vintage feel, making the ride unique and enjoyable.

Very good hotel with very professional service. Situated beautifully along the Rhine river. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Only thing that could improve: there is no EV charging on the premises (but two blocks away there is). Not a huge problem but they could do better nowadays.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of the forest. I really like the sustainability approach. There are lots of lovely and funny details, some artistic, some upcycling ideas. Our 2nd time back because we loved it the first time. The rooms are mid century modern and darling. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. If you are disabled it’s a bit challenging to get up into the shower and the hotel has stairs to the elevator on one side. Great location if you want some peace and quiet and love nature. It's away from the buzz of the city center, and there's a bus stop not far from the hotel entrance... Service was great and they even sent my invoice to the room which I very much appreciated. I wish more water was given in the rooms though. 😊

Never rent room 216! It is above the kitchen. At 5 o'clock in the morning the clatter of dishes begins. All day long the equipment and dishes rattle loudly, it seems that repairs are underway. There is a restaurant and a children's playground under the windows.

Buyer beware !! 20 euros a day to park there!!! Not a city centre location, it's 6/7 km outside, I could go and park on street for free, so Dorint, a really super expensive charge !! 5 euro would be enough, so if looking to book here, bear in mind the 20euro a day parking!!!!!

The location was good and it was comfortable.

Excellent location, close to public transportation and a short walk to the UN campus and to the downtown. The room was very spacious and I even had a lovely little terrace. The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great classy hotel. Wide and spacious parking. Great location. I stayed many months in the hotel for work. I liked everything. Disadvantage was that often I was getting a room not suitable for a long-stay customers. I changed my room several times due to it was inconvenient in case you stay months long. Otherwise good place to stay.

The room was as described, check-in was easy, it had a good kitchen, bathroom was not flooded, the bed was a bit firm but comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay here!

The bed was super comfortable and loved that the bathroom tiles were not slippery. The AC functioned really well with no faults and the connection to the TV was a bit confusing but we eventually. The drinking water should be replaced everyday I do think.

A lovely, convenient stay in Bonn. Location was great - right next to a bus stop. The room was very clean - smelt amazing. The amenities were also impressive - plentiful body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. The room was very spacious too! Despite not having a physical reception, the 24h online support via what’s was efficient and helpful.
