Simply the best hotel to stay in Bonn.

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

The hotel is in a good location, right by the river in the old town, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions in Bonn. Facilities: The room is not big, there is no extra surprise, it is quite satisfactory.

The location & service were great. However, they had no parking lots free although it was said that one does not need a parking reservation I advance. So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. I was looking for a central stay in Bonn. This place has been a good deal compared to other hotels in Bonn. However when entering the hotel lobby you can already see how old and badly maintained this place is. The rooms are okay in size and amenities, but the condition of literally everything is not good at all. The hotel staff is very friendly, but I will most likely not come back.

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn. You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM.

Geographically great. Clean, tidy, good Breakfast, great sauna and pool.

Location great, facilities fine but despite being in the non-smoking wing and in a non-smoking room halfway down, the smell of stale smoke is so infused into the furniture that you cannot escape it. Even if you smoke, it is a little annoying.

This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well. It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it.

We were given a room that someone smoked in, the front desk said there are no rooms permitted for smoking, however there was an ashtray in the room? Go figure. Anyway, they changed us to a new room without much hassle. Large size rooms and a decent view

We came across this hotel on our European tour, we were looking for somewhere to stay and found this charming little place by accident. They were very welcoming and accomodating! Situated on the outskirts of the countryside, with a cultural atmosphere and excellent cuisine, a place of rest and relaxation.

The staff is very nice and the location of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the bathroom is very cramped and unfortunately there is only a tub and no shower. But for the price it's totally fine and we'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel. Hotel is good. The rooms are on the small side and the ones on street side can get quite loud as there are trams, and buses passing quite often. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the old town.

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Just outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

Really enjoyed our one night staycation there. Got updated rooms and had really nice and calming view there. Our son and parents really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very helpful, good support and very good English communication. I usually stay in Maritim Bonn, but i’ve booked Königswinter recently and i did not regret it. The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you.

Probably not willing to rebook due to serious physical problems. You always refer to what was booked. Just make a human decision and act with understanding.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The elevator had a vintage feel, making the ride unique and enjoyable.

No fuss, good service, fantastic location. Breakfast could be improved but still a good standard.

The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I.

This was our second stay at the Intercity this year. The room was good (but the air-conditioning was a little under-powered), the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice.

Came with twin beds and complimentary sparkling water. There is a fridge in the room. Tip: walk in the opposite direction of the town area to the end where there is a lift to go up to the street level and the hotel will be on the right. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Lobby is spacious.

Excellent location, close to public transportation and a short walk to the UN campus and to the downtown. The room was very spacious and I even had a lovely little terrace. The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great classy hotel. Wide and spacious parking. Great location. I stayed many months in the hotel for work. I liked everything. Disadvantage was that often I was getting a room not suitable for a long-stay customers. I changed my room several times due to it was inconvenient in case you stay months long. Clean and quick check in. Reception staff very kind and offer additional bed for my 12 year old kid at no extra cost. Staff came to room and get sofa bed set up . We found this hotel a bit dissapointing for a Mercure hotel. The location is not great, although walking distance to some local shops and restaurants. Amazing. Everything is right. U can find everything u need. Bus stop is very close just take 604 or 605 bus. All amenities are there. I got 1 hour early check in for free. Excellent communication

The room was as described, check-in was easy, it had a good kitchen, bathroom was not flooded, the bed was a bit firm but comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay here!

The bed was super comfortable and loved that the bathroom tiles were not slippery. The AC functioned really well with no faults and the connection to the TV was a bit confusing but we eventually. The drinking water should be replaced everyday I do think.

A lovely, convenient stay in Bonn. Location was great - right next to a bus stop. The room was very clean - smelt amazing. The amenities were also impressive - plentiful body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. The room was very spacious too!
