Great hotel. In a very good location, right in the city although in a very calm place right by the river. A free bar included in the room. Very clean & comfortable. Good water pressure in douche, clean bathroom. Parking under the hotel (18eur per 24h, which is quite cheap if you compare to other paid parkings). Although breakfast is quite expensive (around 20-25 EUR per person).

The hotel was ok, quite far from the center. Service was okay too. The only thing to improve a little bit is the Acoustic isolation of the rooms. It is a calm place.

Beautiful and quiet setting! A lovely place surrounded by trees. Small but well designed and clean rooms with some useful gadgets. The view from bed into the woods is priceless and a perfect start for the day! Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice balcony room in the new building with good size… The strange thing is that there is no telephone in the room ،، I have to call from my phone to the reception room !!! In fact, the worst thing is the location of the hotel above the mountain, which requires a lot of effort to climb, which is not practical at all. But the area is very quiet, which is great

We are very pleased with the accompanying facilities that the hotel offers such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Rooms with bathrooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The service is up to standard and the only small complaint is the speed of the internet but that is negligible. Anyway we'll be back here again. *****

Nice hotel. I got an accessible room, but no problem there. It was squeaky clean, well equipped with a good bed and strong shower. Only problem: the booking did not get through. Not sure whether that was a mistake by the hotel or the booking service. They solved it quickly.

Bonn has a different interpretation of the stars. This is in note way shape or firm a 4 star hotel in any other city in the world. But for Bonn it's OK. Breakfast is the best thing about the hotel. And the area it is in. The rooms are 2 star at best. Looks like a student dormitory at best

I use this hotel when in Germany for work. The location is right opposite the train station so is easy to get to from the Airport. Actually, not bad. This is not a shiny place, and the location is quite outside so you need a reason to be there. The hotel is dated, and pretty,uch the opposite of posh, but we slept very well, it is quiet, all the basics are there, breakfast is nice and free, and it was clean. And reasonable priced. The room and the gym are very clean, and the equipment is excellent. The view outside the window is wonderful,However, I find it hard to understand why the ceiling in the room is leaking. We stayed at this hotel because it is fairly convenient to events in Bonn. the view from the room we had was spectacular of the river. We did have an issue with the blinds. They broke and would not close. The rooms were very clean and the restaurant on top of the hotel was very nice. I will stay here again.

It's not close to any outside restaurants or bars. One small tv in small lobby bar for Euros. No other bar has a tv. Rooftop bar has a great view. Breakfast good, dinner menu downstairs is limited. Rooms were hot. Club level way below other Marriott properties

A bit of a disappointment given that this is a major international chain. First impressions are good, of a large modern hotel. However on the upper floors the WiFi is very, very sporadic. The air conditioning also didn't seem to work, being on permanent heat. Breakfast was decidedly average - obvious use of powdered eggs. Good location, only 5 mins from the metro.

Positives: Good hotel, fantastic staff and amazing breakfast. Located right on the river front in Bonn city with a great Vietnamese restaurant just opposite. The hotel is located exactly on the bank of the Rhine River. You get an amazing view from your hotel room balcony. I am sure you won't be able to stop yourself from going for a jog early morning as soon as you get up. The receptionist Martin was extremely helpful with printing out important documents, dealing with parking issues and generally being very friendly! The breakfast room staff on the other hand could’ve been more helpful and efficient dealing with uncleared tables and making sure glasses, cups, water and juices in the buffet were refilled promptly. I was looking for a central stay in Bonn. This place has been a good deal compared to other hotels in Bonn. However when entering the hotel lobby you can already see how old and badly maintained this place is. The rooms are okay in size and amenities, but the condition of literally everything is not good at all. The hotel staff is very friendly, but I will most likely not come back.

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn. You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM.

Location great, facilities fine but despite being in the non-smoking wing and in a non-smoking room halfway down, the smell of stale smoke is so infused into the furniture that you cannot escape it. Even if you smoke, it is a little annoying.

This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well. It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it.

Hotel is good and as expected for this price/level. Staff is very kind and helpful. No 24 h Reception (from 9 p.m. key pick-up from a safe). As there are not so much restaurants around car is recommended.

Upsides: A nice and place with a very friendly staff. Close to nature and ideal for some walks / runs. Downsides: quite some way out of the city center and rooms are quite small.

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel. The rooms are nice and the interesting part is that the bathroom door looks like a wardrobe door.
