Excellent room, service, breakfast and location. Go ahead, fabulous choice in accommodation. Cannot believe how spacious this hotel was compared to the Marriott hotels I stayed in previously.

There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained

Conrad restaurant’s(sky bar) food was below below average. Restaurants close early, a few restaurants in surroundings. but staff was very good, which kept me good in sprits while I was at the hotel

We are very pleased with the accompanying facilities that the hotel offers such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Rooms with bathrooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated

Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

The service is up to standard and the only small complaint is the speed of the internet but that is negligible. Anyway we'll be back here again

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were traveling to different Christmas markets. This one was walkable to their big Christmas market. I definitely would stay there again

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center. If you are planning to go to the Bonner Christmas market this is a great starting point.

The rooms are clean and large with all the necessary amenities -- plus the bonus of 2 beers and 2 waters free every night! Since my colleague and I have no issues walking, we enjoyed visiting the businesses in Bonn Zentrum

Location quiet, perfect for visitors of the German national telecommunicatuons operator. Lovely rooms with very good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Breakfasts to give you power for the rest of the day.

The accommodation is comfortable with good facilities for self-catering or for hotel catering. It’s only 4 minutes’ walk from the Stadt Bahn, or 5 minutes to the Rhine Promenade

The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you

I suggest you to climb up hill to visit the beautiful palace. Ticket was 7€ and it was more than worth it

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Just note that on sunny days, the windows get very hot and tend to fog up. During our check-in, the front desk staff seemed quite confused

Great location, decent prices. Underground carpark. Breakfast is OK. Fitness room is tiny and 1/3 lifts was out of order the whole week I was there.

The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel - for a total of seven nights. I booked a junior suite, which I highly recommend as it is just a bit more for a very beautiful room with lovely river views

They did explain that they do consider themselves family friendly and indeed everyone else was very kind and welcoming to the baby and my friend. However, I would not stay in this hotel again if I had children with me

I had my friend and her baby with me and the baby made a mess during breakfast and even spilled an entire sippy cup of water which we weren’t able to soak up with the tiny napkins we had available

Well the next day the guy working the breakfast came up to us and yelled in German. I don’t speak German well but I understand it better, and basically he was scolding us for making a mess

It was quite wild because he knew I couldn’t answer him (I asked him to speak English to me but he said he doesn’t speak it) so he just yelled at us in German and left

No one was present upon arrival, but by calling the telephone number that was taped to the door, someone arrived quite quickly. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to book a very nice and large family room

It ended up being two nights, because it took a little longer before we could get replacement transportation. We were able to continue using our room on the last day without having to pay extra

So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. If this is the case, consider the train station, it is several minutes walking from the hotel

You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM

The staff are extremely friendly and so accommodating - particularly Erij and Kay who helped us out immensely on the Saturday night helping us order takeaway meals that were delivered to the hotel and enabling us to eat them at the bar

The restaurant does not open in the evenings at weekends so factor that in if you are staying during those times. Once armed with that information and you are prepared then you should enjoy your stay here

We arrived late but our friend had arranged a lovey room overlooking the Hohenzollern Platz opposite. Children playing and doggy walkers socialising whilst their charges frollickled as doggies do

3 meters high, so it makes the room feel bigger than it already is, and no worries the room heats well, it wont be cold in winter. the breakfast was also very good
