Excellent room, service, breakfast and location. Go ahead, fabulous choice in accommodation. Cannot believe how spacious this hotel was compared to the Marriott hotels I stayed in previously.

There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained

Conrad restaurant’s(sky bar) food was below below average. Restaurants close early, a few restaurants in surroundings. but staff was very good, which kept me good in sprits while I was at the hotel

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

The hotel also offers a rooftop swimming pool and a couple of lounging areas with reclining chairs where you can sit, lay down, relax, and order food and drinks after exercising, sauna sessions, or a spa massage

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at with family—we visited as a family and had a memorable experience. The entire hotel is spic and span, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely courteous

There are several treadmills, two large sauna rooms with infrared heaters maintaining a temperature around 50 degrees Celsius, a steam room, and well-maintained showers

I can recommend a good hotel. Overall, I liked everything. The air conditioning works. The hotel has a sauna and a gym. The breakfast was also delicious.

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center. If you are planning to go to the Bonner Christmas market this is a great starting point.

The room is large and comfortable, the location is also very good, the service staff is also very patient and friendly

The location & service were great. However, they had no parking lots free although it was said that one does not need a parking reservation I advance

Geographically great. Clean, tidy, good Breakfast, great sauna and pool.

So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. If this is the case, consider the train station, it is several minutes walking from the hotel

You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn

It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it

All the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Rooms were small compared to US standards but, were fine for my needs. Outstanding breakfast and staff were very courteous.

This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well

Really nice hotel, opposite Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance to the centre of Bonn. Quite an old style hotel but comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were fairly easy and staff were very friendly

Didn't stay but the receptionist was very friendly and assisted me when I needed help finding a printer. The breakfast conservatory looks very pretty.

The room is okay, it's basic and a bit older as well as the furniture. The bathroom was freshly renovated and made a very nice impression. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean

We arrived late but our friend had arranged a lovey room overlooking the Hohenzollern Platz opposite. Children playing and doggy walkers socialising whilst their charges frollickled as doggies do

3 meters high, so it makes the room feel bigger than it already is, and no worries the room heats well, it wont be cold in winter. the breakfast was also very good

We are very pleased with the accompanying facilities that the hotel offers such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Rooms with bathrooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated

Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

The service is up to standard and the only small complaint is the speed of the internet but that is negligible. Anyway we'll be back here again

The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you

I suggest you to climb up hill to visit the beautiful palace. Ticket was 7€ and it was more than worth it

A lot of staff were still students making al kinds of mistakes such as serving tea without tea cup or serving coffee with a lot of coffee spilled on the plate. When you order eggs sunny side up you get sunny side down

The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet definitely are in need of more professional guidance. One waiter spilled gravy on my trousers and my wife’s jacket

First time in this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, parking garage below hotel and restaurant has nice dishes. Next time I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I.

For business trip and traveling! There is one small BUT. Asked to pay the city a fee of 25 Euros, although previously I was told that for business purposes the trip, this fee to pay at the hotel no need

Reception staff very kind and offer additional bed for my 12 year old kid at no extra cost. Staff came to room and get sofa bed set up

Receptionist recommended breakfast to be ordered at the time of check in rather than leave it tomorrow morning as price would be 30% more if ordered the following morning

The staff are extremely friendly and so accommodating - particularly Erij and Kay who helped us out immensely on the Saturday night helping us order takeaway meals that were delivered to the hotel and enabling us to eat them at the bar

The hotel is in a very nice location, 90% of the staff speaks Russian, it has a very nice environment, clean rooms, I recommend it.

The restaurant does not open in the evenings at weekends so factor that in if you are staying during those times. Once armed with that information and you are prepared then you should enjoy your stay here

Amazing staff at the reception. I was there on businesses trip and my agency forgot to book the room for me. The receptionist did amazing job to squize me into free rooms and I hapilly stayed the whole time here!

Amazing. Everything is right. U can find everything u need. Bus stop is very close just take 604 or 605 bus. All amenities are there. I got 1 hour early check in for free. Excellent communication

The room was as described, check-in was easy, it had a good kitchen, bathroom was not flooded, the bed was a bit firm but comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay here!

A lovely, convenient stay in Bonn. Location was great - right next to a bus stop. The room was very clean - smelt amazing. The amenities were also impressive - plentiful body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc

Beds and furnishings are good, simple but very comfortable and we felt immediately at ease. The Spa area is beautiful and encourages a longer stay. The Elevator is also a little experience :-) , very small but it works

The Insel Hotel was, as always (this is not the first or my last stay there), friendly, clean and comfortable table. The hotel is centrally located in the Bad Godesberg neighborhood of Bonn near the rail station

Breakfast was delicious and the best we had while touring Central Europe. Since we started our vacation in this area, we guessed it would be hard to beat during the rest of our trip

The cherry on top however was the wellness area and the sauna, which were top-notch quality, spacious, clean and very cosy design, which supports full relaxation. The staff was also very friendly and made us feel at home

We came for business and would therefore choose a different location. We would be happy to come back if we were coming for pleasure
