A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Just note that on sunny days, the windows get very hot and tend to fog up. During our check-in, the front desk staff seemed quite confused

Great location, decent prices. Underground carpark. Breakfast is OK. Fitness room is tiny and 1/3 lifts was out of order the whole week I was there.

The hotel also offers a rooftop swimming pool and a couple of lounging areas with reclining chairs where you can sit, lay down, relax, and order food and drinks after exercising, sauna sessions, or a spa massage

The sauna, steam room, and showers are kept impeccably clean, making them perfect for relaxing after a long day

Excellent room, service, breakfast and location. Go ahead, fabulous choice in accommodation. Cannot believe how spacious this hotel was compared to the Marriott hotels I stayed in previously.

There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained

Conrad restaurant’s(sky bar) food was below below average. Restaurants close early, a few restaurants in surroundings. but staff was very good, which kept me good in sprits while I was at the hotel

I can recommend a good hotel. Overall, I liked everything. The air conditioning works. The hotel has a sauna and a gym. The breakfast was also delicious.

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn. Staff were great and could not be more helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever got. when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home

It is recommended to provide a bottle opener in the room, otherwise the water included in the room fee is in a glass bottle, and it cannot be opened without a bottle opener, and the water cannot be drunk

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center. If you are planning to go to the Bonner Christmas market this is a great starting point.

The room is large and comfortable, the location is also very good, the service staff is also very patient and friendly

Clean and central. Good facilities, free gym and pool. Large and modern room, comfortable beds.

Absolutely loved it! Very pleasant staff. Our one year old daughter at the Breakfast were entertained by the bartenders!

The location & service were great. However, they had no parking lots free although it was said that one does not need a parking reservation I advance

Geographically great. Clean, tidy, good Breakfast, great sauna and pool.

So I would suggest to contact them and confirm prior to you arrival, otherwise you have to look for parking lots by yourself. If this is the case, consider the train station, it is several minutes walking from the hotel

You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn

It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it

All the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Rooms were small compared to US standards but, were fine for my needs. Outstanding breakfast and staff were very courteous.

This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well

Really nice hotel, opposite Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance to the centre of Bonn. Quite an old style hotel but comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were fairly easy and staff were very friendly

We came across this hotel on our European tour, we were looking for somewhere to stay and found this charming little place by accident. They were very welcoming and accomodating! Staying with the dog was no issue

Nice restaurant next to the forest, good walking paths. Parking is limited because the restaurant is popular and also used as an event venue (weddings etc). Went to a wedding here once and it was very nice

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel

Didn't stay but the receptionist was very friendly and assisted me when I needed help finding a printer. The breakfast conservatory looks very pretty.

The room is okay, it's basic and a bit older as well as the furniture. The bathroom was freshly renovated and made a very nice impression. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean

The bed was really comfortable! The internet worked fine. The restaurant was good, although we were said/informed that "just a backup cook" was available

For the cheap price it is an excellent hotel. Breakfast was great for a hotel of this size, it is close to Wissenschaftszentrum and public transit. My room was nice as well.

We arrived late but our friend had arranged a lovey room overlooking the Hohenzollern Platz opposite. Children playing and doggy walkers socialising whilst their charges frollickled as doggies do

3 meters high, so it makes the room feel bigger than it already is, and no worries the room heats well, it wont be cold in winter. the breakfast was also very good

We are very pleased with the accompanying facilities that the hotel offers such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Rooms with bathrooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated

Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

The service is up to standard and the only small complaint is the speed of the internet but that is negligible. Anyway we'll be back here again

The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bonn, it offers uninterrupted views of the Rhine River—pure tranquility to enjoy and relax at the same time

Very good hotel with very professional service. Situated beautifully along the Rhine river. Only thing that could improve: there is no EV charging on the premises (but two blocks away there is)

Honestly he should be the manager and working the front desk. The only sour note was Arthur at the front desk. He knew we were repeat guests and yet he was so off putting

Our room was somehow mistakenly booked for 1 person not two so the rooms apparently are set up differently if only one person is booked unlike any other hotel we have ever stayed at so when we checked in we paid for the additional person

Arthur appeared inconvenienced by having to fulfill what should have been done all along for a 2 person stay and honestly it would have made more sense to have the towels in there anyways even for one person booked for a few days

Once he was occupied talking with the housekeeper instead fled and reported it to the front desk. They spoke with the worker staying at the hotel telling them not to follow other guests to their rooms

It was a scary situation so I was glad to be in the other sectioned the hotel this time. Since the man even followed me into the room I chose to go into with the housekeeper instead of my own room

A staff called it the garden room or maybe the garden hall. I think it was where they might hold events? I didn’t go exploring since the had just gone to get tea and it was a year ago

I love walking and this hotel has an excellent location from which everything is so close: be it a historic center, bus/train station, a promenade along the river, my business partner locations

I also appreciate that each room has a fridge, a kettle, a coffee-maker. Or that there is also a table that I can use when I need to work

I do not need to say that rooms are spacious and clean and that the hotel personnel is very friendly and supportive

Amazing staff at the reception. I was there on businesses trip and my agency forgot to book the room for me. The receptionist did amazing job to squize me into free rooms and I hapilly stayed the whole time here!

Amazing. Everything is right. U can find everything u need. Bus stop is very close just take 604 or 605 bus. All amenities are there. I got 1 hour early check in for free. Excellent communication

Very colorful and welcoming lobby where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea while waiting for check-in time 🌈☕️ there is also an eyefish mirror where to take cute mirror selfies 🤳🏻 Rooms are very clean and the bath I had after a long day traveling and working, was all I needed 🛀 🧖🏻‍♀️✨

The room was as described, check-in was easy, it had a good kitchen, bathroom was not flooded, the bed was a bit firm but comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay here!

A lovely, convenient stay in Bonn. Location was great - right next to a bus stop. The room was very clean - smelt amazing. The amenities were also impressive - plentiful body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc
