Simply the best hotel to stay in Bonn.

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Just outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

The staff is very helpful, good support and very good English communication. I usually stay in Maritim Bonn, but i’ve booked Königswinter recently and i did not regret it. The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you.

Probably not willing to rebook due to serious physical problems. You always refer to what was booked. Just make a human decision and act with understanding.

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The descriptions of the hotel's services and offerings are inaccurate. According to the notices on the premises, there was a fire in December. As a result, the underground parking garage is unusable and the TV in the room doesn't receive any channels. When booking in April, you expect this kind of information to be shared during the booking process.

Never rent room 216! It is above the kitchen. At 5 o'clock in the morning the clatter of dishes begins. All day long the equipment and dishes rattle loudly, it seems that repairs are underway. There is a restaurant and a children's playground under the windows.

Staying at a hotel with nearly 400 years of history was a special experience. Also, the Beethovenfesta taking place right in front of the hotel was a unique, yet incredibly enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a central stay in Bonn. This place has been a good deal compared to other hotels in Bonn. However when entering the hotel lobby you can already see how old and badly maintained this place is. The rooms are okay in size and amenities, but the condition of literally everything is not good at all. The hotel staff is very friendly, but I will most likely not come back.

My short stay there was pleasant and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located within the beautiful architectural and historical city of Bonn. You have easy walking access to parts of the city from there. Stores and food places within reach. The summer days are long and pleasant (gently warm) Twilight is between 9PM and 10PM.

There are many rooms in the hotel, and walking to our room felt like walking to the end of the world. The room is quite large and has a small terrace. The room was spacious and tidy. It is very close to Bonn train station and very convenient.

There is nothing to say against the hotel. The 4 stars are justified and what we felt was offered for a 2-day trip was more than fair. There is an inexpensive parking garage opposite (€4.50 per day) and you can get to a Rewe and the city center within 6-7 minutes. The only thing that bothered us was that the atmosphere reminded us very much of a hospital, because the hotel also offers long-term rentals...

A really nice and peaceful place. The room was clean and big. The service quality is on high level. We also had a discount for parking garage next to hotel, this is a very nice bonus.

We stayed here before our early flight at CGN airport. It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel. Highly recommended.

My daughter (11) and I enjoyed our stay! The staff were very kind and helpful! They let us store our bags there when we arrived many hours before check-in and kindly stored them for us after we checked out until our train left. So very kind, patient, and accommodating!! We came across this hotel on our European tour, we were looking for somewhere to stay and found this charming little place by accident. They were very welcoming and accomodating! Staying with the dog was no issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great! The location is great for travellers with dogs as there are many places to walk.

A good, clean hotel, close to the wonderful city of Colina, about 20 km away, and accessible via the highway. It doesn't take long, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Everything is available. It's a great place to spend a pleasant time with your family in this city, and the price is reasonable.

This hotel is good value for money and located right at the highway exit to Troisdorf. Is was a quiet night and effortless check-out. Where it lacks are the basic amenities, like a bar and a restaurant, with guests having to resort to vending machines for the most basic end-of-day necessites. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could have been a bit more extensive. For example, I missed fruit salad with the muesli, or even cucumber or tomato.

The cleanest, most comfortable room I had for a long time! The breakfast buffet is the best as well, even smoked salmon and other choices I haven’t seen in anything but a luxury hotel. The hotel is right by the pedestrian zone, very ice for strolling and shopping. A park with deer etc is close by as well, if you like to breathe some fresh air. Highly recommendable!

A lovely hotel, only a few minutes from station. If going to Köln lots of trains and easy to book on DB app. The room was on 5th floor, had air con and lovely views. The bed was so comfortable (but watch head if on top floor) and the pillows the best I’ve had in Germany. There was a TV which could be tilted for great viewing. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The kettle come in useful...

We have been traveling all over Europe, the staff at this hotel was the nicest! They were ready to help in any way possible to make our stay comfortable. The location was ideal, 2 min walk to the railway station and the bus is right across the street. Nice restaurants close to the location.

The staff is very nice and the location of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the bathroom is very cramped and unfortunately there is only a tub and no shower. But for the price it's totally fine and we'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel. The rooms are nice and the interesting part is that the bathroom door looks like a wardrobe door. Hotel is good. The rooms are on the small side and the ones on street side can get quite loud as there are trams, and buses passing quite often. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the old town.

Stayed for one night before we flew home and what a lovely hotel! Room was huge, with a great sized bathroom and fantastic shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and wonderful coffee! Staff were super helpful and we’d definitely stay again next time we are visiting the area!

We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. The rooms we have had are all really good the beds are comfy and the bathrooms well equipped with everything you need. Pre booking for car parking works best...

Great Hotel in the Centre of town. Very helpful and informative staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent . Town Centre 5 minutes walk away. Only down side, road though one way, rather small and busy. Getting into the yard to park car rather difficult and getting out again requires a Master Class. We managed though and as said before thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel in a secluded location. Excellent communication with the staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly hotel staff, the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. We were happy to learn we can access the hotel with our room pass at any time, so we could get back late after the concert we went to. We had some trouble finding a parking spot, but found one in the next street. It is not in the center of Bonn, but I preferred this because it was very calm at night. I haven't heard any of the other guests...

Nice balcony room in the new building with good size… The strange thing is that there is no telephone in the room ،، I have to call from my phone to the reception room !!! In fact, the worst thing is the location of the hotel above the mountain, which requires a lot of effort to climb, which is not practical at all. But the area is very quiet, which is great
